I'm a guy that likes doing almost anything new, fun, or spontaneous. I enjoy the DIY around the house. I like to indulge in the fine arts,and the occasional museum, or symphony every once in a while. I like comedy and usually joke around with my buds.
My friends would say I'm friendly, honest, helpful, adventurous, fun, and punctual. I like travel abroad, weekend getaways, or just hanging out at the house with friends or family for some cooking, wine, and movies.. I have a "can do it" mentality, and positive attitude on life, and find that very attractive in a woman. I'll try most anything once,that is as long as it doesn't involve jumping out of an airplane. I'm a jack of all traits.. I believe a family that plays together, stays together. I adore my kids, and try really hard to be superdad. I am a very opened minded and well rounded guy. I live a healthy life style in order to stay ahead of our not so favorite friend " AGE". Not easy after you hit 40, I do enjoy going out for some great food, or a sweet treat. I love to laugh, and am extremely friendly . I even talk to people in check out lines. I'v never met a stranger I'm looking for long term, not playing the field. Quality over quantity. I tend to be very affectionate at times. I like giving or receiving random surprises. Looking forward to share my dreams, and adventures with that special someone. I always fly out once a year to Seattle to visit my daughter for some mountain hikes, and strolling along the beaches of Oregon with a mocha in hand. There's always a new trail just waiting.

I'm not really sure how to put it in words. I really like people that are open minded, and can get out of their comfort zone. Reading someones body language is important. Looks aren't everything, but can be overlooked for an amazing personality. I'm looking for someone that would rather be outside enjoying what life has to offer, instead of watching sports on TV. You must be emotionally stable, No stalkers or drama queens. I also like a woman that is not too old fashioned, and will go for what she wants or sees (like hit the WINK button). Turnoffs- jealousy, lush, potty mouth, lack of interests, couch potato, and a compulsive dater.
I can say a few other things I'm looking for though.
Supportive, adventurous, funny, reliable, down to earth, great conversationalist, cultured, non judgemental, loves to travel, likes trying new things, and someone that wants a serious relationship, and will keep the line of communication open to make it work!

Meet a woman from Arkansas, United States. I am just that, me!!! I don't like to be pretentious. I consider myself to be quiet and reserved however, I have friends who think differently. I love to go to church on Sunday mornings, but I also like to be home in time for that first NFL game. NBA is okay, but I really only watch during the playoffs. Baseball is a snore! Right now I am looking for a friend. I moved back to Arkansas in 2008 after the end of a seven year relationship and so I want to ease back into the dating thing.
