I moved to yellville Arkansas in 2003 and had the world by the tail until tragedy struck and I lost my wife and best friend to breast cancer. . I think the right person during this 'mutual interviewing' process would be flexible and easy going. Also, trust and honesty need to be brought to the forefront. I'm not the best at trying to describe myself or blowing my own whistle. The details, I think, are usually best discussed in a subsequent email or phone call. I'm usually described as very easy going yet detail oriented and organized. Having said that, I'm still very flexible and carry a lighthearted approach to most situations and can often adapt to just about anything. This comes in very handy in my current and past positions, and life in general.
