There is no me in a nutshell. I won't box myself in. I am a country girl who can wire up the shop or put up a fence then turn around and dress up for a night out. I like all sorts of music, from traditional blues to hard alternative rock to rap to classical.
I love my simple life with my son on our five acres of heaven. It's not everybody's idea of heaven but I like it. Waking in the morning to the sounds of horses snuffling and birds singing, the sun shining in. Or curling up on a rainy night with a good book and a drink.
More than anything else, I like to remake things. Living creature or piece of discarded furniture, I love to take something somebody else neglected or threw out and turn it into something useful and beautiful. To give it new life. For me, that is much more rewarding than buying something new from the store or breeder.
Now it's time for me to get out and remake my own life. If I were a water-stained coffee table I'd know just what to do with me. But here I am, a little lost and out of my comfort zone.
