I enjoy spending time with others, getting together with friends and family, staying active, setting goals and working towards accomplishing them. I truly enjoy helping the elderly and those with special needs; and I love supporting charities like the American Cancer Society and the Alzheimer's Organization. I have been a charity runner for the American Cancer Society for two of the past three years (DetermiNation). I was the primary caregiver for my dad, who died of Alzheimer's 10 months ago.
I am grateful for all of my blessings, especially my wonderful family (mom, brothers, sisters, nieces,
cousins, etc). I wish I'd had children before I got too old to do so. I would love to meet someone who has children, but that isn't essential. There is nothing like meeting up with someone to find out that they are starting off a possible relationship with a LIE.
