Date people from Rimrock, United States. I like the outdoors, walking along looking at the flowers, watching a deer graze, enjoying the peace. I like to ride my quad and go on dirt trails just to see where they go. Riding my horse is another way to see the countryside at a slower pace. Tents have given way to a camper, or even better, a log cabin in the pines with a fireplace. I'm not into bars or nightclubs although I would like to go dancing, and hear some of the concerts which come to town. I sing along with the radio when driving long distances. As a kid I took piano lessons and hated every second. Now I wish I had paid more attention. I would like to learn to play the guitar. So many other activities I could list. I'm more comfortable in jeans and tennis shoes than an evening gown, although I have several in the closet that I wear when the occasion calls for it.
Sometimes I go into a cooking spree. People at work like the cookies, cakes, and other goodies that result. I can only eat so much and hate to waste it.
The man who will attract me is honorable, kind to kids, old people, and animals, and is someone who has a sense of humor. He will be someone who has his own interests but we will share interests too. There is still a long life ahead and I hope to find the right man to share it with as a friend, lover, partner, companion, and team mate. Each of these roles is important in a relationship. Being just friends isn't enough. That spark of love and physical attraction has to be there too. I think starting as friends will be important to a long term relationship. I miss having a partner to share thoughts, meals, and life with.

Most recently, I have been to Denali, Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, Glacier, Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Organ Pipe, and Carlsbad Caverns. I also cruise with my family. The last cruise I was on went from Quebec City to NYC. My hobbies include cooking, baking, card clubs, area social groups, a book club, and a few volunteer organizations. I have two grown daughters with families of their own. I am most proud that I raised them to be financially independent. Family is important to me, and I am looking for a companion that likes to spend time with family; and to possibly travel. I grew up with five siblings on a farm, and we still enjoy spending time together.
