For exercise I love cycling with my friends as often as possible, I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I walk my dogs twice a day, try to eat healthy and take care of myself. I have great friends who I enjoy spending time with and going out to dinner or shopping. And best of all, I LOVE sunny warm weather and that is the main reason I moved from Boston to Phoenix! I live an active lifestyle and enjoy running, hiking, the fine arts, a great glass of wine, or a night at home. I work out on a daily basis whenever possible. I began running many years ago and have run several 1/2 marathons. I just feel it is important to take care of oneself as we grow older.
I truly love my family and enjoy time with them. We love to cook and bar-b-q together and also enjoy fine art events together when possible!
