Meet someone special from Muscle Shoals, United States. As the mother of a teenage son, I stay pretty busy. The son, work and home take up alot of time but I need to find a life for myself (time for 'me', as my friends and family keep telling me!). I've never been comfortable in bar scenes or in situations where I feel as if I'm expected to be someone other than myself. I'm tall and feel most comfortable around men my height or taller. Over the years, I feel like I've become a pretty good judge of character and really don't care for people who feel they have to go to extremes to impress you (and nothing is sadder than a 40-50 year old trying to act 20-25!). Accept the age you are and make it the best time of your life! This part sounds like everyone else but it's the most important - there's just no room for dishonesty. There's no way for people to begin, have or build a friendship/relationship unless they can believe and believe in the other person. I'm somewhat educated (I think!) and work as management in the health care field. Fun is good, too! I enjoy Alabama football, NASCAR, photography, working at my house, good music (Classic rock, southern rock, blues, jazz - Clapton, Buddy Guy, Rod Stewart, Kenny G, Stevie Ray Vaughn, etc.) and especially the company of someone with a great sense of humor. I'm not at ALL comfortable putting my picture out on the internet - not that I'm ashamed of it - just don't want to expose my family and myself to anyone and everyone.
