Date a soulmate from Huntsville, United States. I am kind, sincere, and have a good sense of humor. I am a spiritual person and my faith is very important to me. I love the beauty of nature and love to travel. I also love my work and find menaing and fulfillment in it. My daughters are all adults and I have a loving relationship with each of them which is a blessing. Looking for someone who is attractive, who takes good care of herself and whose values match up with mine. Emotional maturity is a must and the ability is enjoy life's simple pleasures is a plus. I enjoy to give and receive affection with someone I love so this too is important. There is more but this is enough for now.

Meet a man from Huntsville, United States. I think my closest friends and those who are not so close would say I am a genuine nice guy. I am a Vietnam veteran with 28 years service in the Army Reserve. I am retired from the banking profession. Work part time with an electrical testing company. I am involved in several civic organizations and enjoy helping others. I have five children and ten grandchildren and I believe there will be no more. Traveling, dining out occasionally and dancing are some of my favorite things. Golf is my passion - I only wish I knew how to play better - but most of all I enjoy the outdoors. Fortunately my income exceeds my outgo at present and I have not had to touch my retirement funds. I am even able to put a little away into college funds for six of my grandchildren.
My best friend and sweetheart of 30 years and wife of 29 died of cancer last year. I am not expecting to find another like her, but I would like to find a fun loving, energetic, caring lady who is good with kids and likes to do things on the spur of the moment.
I occasionally frequent saloons and enjoy a good band and a little slow dancing. Movies are OK and I like visits to the Chattanooga Aquariam, Cape Cod and sometimes riding the white water at Ocoee. I don't have much luck with pets but dogs and cats are OK.
My idea of a pleasant evening is a clam bake, a few cold beers with friends, and sitting under the stars and holding hands.
I like being involved with a civic organization that helps developmentally disabled adults and children. Most of the charities I support are veteran related.
The lady I would like to spend the rest of my life with is someone who doesn't get upset over small things, has a really good sense of humor, has an outgoing, carefree personality and can learn to care about me. Looks, size and shape are not particularly important as long as she, also, is not overly concerned about those things. I am in no hurry to find a partner, soul mate or wife - whichever might come along. First I want a girlfriend - hopefullly one that will become my new best friend. I want us both to take our time and be sure the fit is right.

Meet single man from Huntsville, United States. I love to play tennis and swimming comes in in second place. I'm open to new ideas and I seem to have the adventure gene. I'm looking for someone who will be my friend first. If something happens that would be good.

Date a soulmate from Alabama, United States. I am retiring from the CPA business after 40 years. Generally content and busy with family, friends and church activities. What's missing is a
relationship with an intelligent, caring, loving lady
who is also confident & trustworthy. A sense of humor would be nice as I like to laugh and think I
have good sense of humor.
I want to travel to beach, mountains, other points
of interest as well. Would love to see HI, AK, and
Maine in the fall.
If you still work and choose to continue, maybe
I can help make your day more pleasant and create some space that you would share with me. If you need a gopher some days; I can do that too if it helps you! If you are a golfer-I'm
not- wish I was. Maybe I can be your caddy or
go do a "man thing" while you play.
I plan to relearn my forgotten skills for cooking on the grill and I am going to learn to cook my favorite
meal - fresh vegetables and cornbread "just
like mother did them". Maybe you will be my guest and enjoy!
I still like to open doors, hold them and close them for you! Like flowers on all the days you
would expect and for some occassions you didn't expect!
Let's talk and see what develops!
P.S. My football team wears crimson!
