Date men and women from Alabama, United States. I enjoy good food, great conversation, and a woman with a good sense of humor. I like new things and new experiences such as art, film, and things that make me think. I enjoy being able to spend time just walking around and talking and stopping in for a coffee or some ice cream.
Meet single man from Alabama, United States. Born and raised in New York, I've been living in sunny Los Angeles for over 17 years now, and I love it.
I have an amazing and diverse community of friends, but I'm still searching for my girl.
If you're whip-smart, have an easy laugh, and possess inherent kindness, feel free to say hi (and/or you just have a thing for liberal, indie-rock loving, blue-eyed, Argentine-American, secular Jews from New York who live in Los Feliz and are amazing uncles.)
Date people from Alabama, United States. I grew up in Colorado, so I like outside and blue skies. I spent some time as an officer in the Army. Now I am a pediatrician in LA, specializing in infectious diseases. I plan to continue to work with underserved populations and to work internationally.
I like to experience new things. My job is important to me, but so is my time off. I love watching movies and trying new foods (more spicy=more better!). I like to travel, hike, bike, and get outdoors whenever I can.
I drive an old Jeep. Oh yeah. It gets me where I need to go.
If you like to eat, travel, watch movies, and do stuff outside, drop me a line.
Meet a man from Alabama, United States. I'm a songwriter and indie filmmaker. I have a childlike enthusiasm and passion for music and movies, and I'm only truly happy when I'm working on my own song or film, or sharing that enthusiasm with others.
I was the director of photography on an independent filled called "In Search of a Midnight Kiss," and I recently moved to L.A. to further my career and continue to shoot independent films. Last year I shot three features and this year I'm shooting an epic romantic comedy in Berlin in March. I'm also an editor and sometimes actor.
I'm looking for someone creative-minded, open-minded, adventurous, sarcastic, curious, mature, and spontaneous.
What do I enjoy? Riding along the bike path between Santa Monica and Venice, visiting the Getty Museum, rocking out with my band Sybil, and making indie movies with insanely creative friends. I also enjoy liberal politics, Woody Allen's "Manhattan," shrimp fajitas, Flintstone vitamins, three-part harmonies, Taxi Driver, the Shazam iphone app, hilarious uber-nerd women, the ravioli of Buenos Aires, Casablanca on blu ray, teaching my two crazy nephews (ages 6 and 3) how to trash talk, Curb Your Enthusiasm, ACL aftershows (Grizzly Bear!), Alamo Drafthouse pirate parties, existential alt country rock (Wilco), Six Feet Under, Club Largo, and having snowfights at Rocky Mountain national park. I also dig drunken karaoke, with special kudos to anyone who can nail Tears for Fears.

Date someone special from Alabama, United States. A little about me:
I'm bright, quick-witted, good-hearted and fun • I live in the present, not in the past • I'm just as happy exploring a third-world destination as I am hanging out at a coffee shop watching people go by (though I've traveled to distant lands on a moment's notice - 6 continents, 37 countries, 42 states - some multiple times - and counting) • I can acclimate to any social situation from super-funky to uber-swanky • I'm the girl you take to an art opening, but slip out the side door with, laughing, when it's too pretentious • I can be a "Lady" with ease or hang out and impress all your friends • If you capture my heart, you have my whole heart • I can feed you.
You are:
Anyone who possesses a sense of adventure and spontaneity but also has a good heart, a solid mind, and can make me laugh • Must love animals, have good friendships and familial relationships, always be interested in learning new things, experiencing new cultures, and be just as comfortable in a crowd as they are being alone • You should feel confident (as I do) navigating foreign lands even if you don't speak the language • And be someone who knows the meaning of hard work and pursuing a dream • You are someone who would prefer to someday look back on your life choices as being heroic rather than safe • Good manners greatly appreciated • Humility, honesty, and communication skills essential • Discussion of art, politics and world issues encouraged (Lovers of Basquiat, inquire within; Fans of the Tea Party, we're not meant to be) • Someone who expresses or enjoys creativity in any form • Preferably someone socially and environmentally conscious, and spiritually curious • Someone who realizes that life is short and now is the time to live it...but...is willing to kiss for hours on end with no regrets • Someone who can shake their "groove thang" but also lead me with gusto in some sweaty, heart-stopping salsa (we'll make up the moves as we go) • Bonus points if you can converse in Italian/know how to cook/are funny. •
FYI: If you've made it this far, I'm fourty-five not forty-one. I don't feel anywhere near my age - and most assume I'm in my early-to-mid-30s, so wanted to be in your search if you have an open mind to see beyond a chronological number. And yes, the pictures are accurate. Primary photo taken in June 2012. Australia/NZ shots taken in January 2012. I'd definitely like to meet someone who is fit and still thinks the best part of his active and fulfilled life is yet to come. Also, while always happy to meet new friends, I'd prefer to meet someone open to commitment and the next phase of life, including, if it's in the cards (yikes) marriage and possibly a kid or two (yours, ours or adopted) -- and who realizes that with the right partner, joy for living doesn't have to stop because of it!
Meet a soulmate from United States. I love my life. I have a great family and friends and they mean the world to me. My life is full and the only thing missing is a partner to share it all with. I work hard, I am honest, almost to a fault sometimes. I treat others the way I would like to be treated. I love to laugh, have a great sense of humor and am fun to be around. I am a girlie girl but love football, basketball, and motorcycles. I can do totally fancy or totally casual. I like the water, river and I love the beach. I laugh alot and most always have a smile on my face. I am strong minded, know what I want and when I set my mind on something I usually make it happen. I work in television (production side) I love my job and am good at what I do. I am born and raised here in LA but not into the fast life and more into the REAL stuff!! I am looking for a man with a strong exterior but not afraid to reveal his feelings and who knows how to treat a lady.
