Date men and women from Hillsboro, United States. I am a happy, witty, optimistic person who loves my life. I'm looking for a fun loving, outgoing guy who loves the outdoors and is looking for spontaneous adventures. A true southern gentleman is a plus! I may come across shy at first but once I warm up to you I'm a big cut up:) I guess I tend to say what others are thinking...so yes I tend to be a cut up and sarcastic if I'm comfortable with you...don't worry...its just in fun.
I'm tired of games and lies...really looking for someone to hang out with and if it turns into something more then that's great but if not then I've gained a friend. I am perfectly content with myself...I own my own home, have a good job and my kids already have a dad who has them half the time...(which leaves me with half my time available)..I don't need anyone for those things...I am looking for fun...most of my friends are married and although that's great for them, it does leave for a lot of free time...I enjoy anything outdoors...I'm a tomboy at heart but can be the girly girl when needed. My favorite outfit is jeans and a t-shirt but can dress up for the occasion..I'm very new to all this on-line dating so we'll see:)
I've been asked what kind of guy I'm looking for so here it goes:
The kind of guy I'm looking for is
#1 honest...I don't like the games!! I'm very comfortable and content with myself and my life...I don't HAVE to have a guy to survive...just would like someone to be a companion...do the fun things in life. If he feels I'm not the one he's looking for...just tell me...I'll live...don't lead me on!
#2 would have to be that he's content with himself...I have times where I'm pretty busy with school or my kids and don't want somebody who's so insecure if I don't text back within 2 minutes of receiving a text or happen to miss a phone call...I'm a loyal and honest person...meaning I'm not out doing something I shouldn't be because if I'm his...its just that...I'M HIS...I will text or call back...just give me a chance...LOL...now in turn I'm not going to chase after a guy if he's trying to run away...I have too much respect for myself and I'm trying to be an example for my daughter who one day will date as well.
#3 a southern gentleman...opens doors, holds hands, sends sweet texts (which I'm a complete sucker for by the way), laid back to where he would be just as happy sitting around a fire drinking a nice cold beer or going to country concerts..
#4 he is fun and likes to see what kind of adventures we can get into..life is all about making memories! My family lives all over the country so I have lots of opportunity to travel...want someone who likes to do the same.
#5 he is a down to earth guy....can do quiet nights at home watching movies or spend the evening out on the town.
#6 would have to love kids...I have two awesome kids...they are both smart, well rounded, life loving kids and since I was blessed with them I'm gonna do my very best to raise them right...they are the reason I get up every morning...their dad and I have joint custody so he has them as much as I do...he does his dad duties and is very much involved in their lives....we've been divorced for 4 years and don't have the drama of divorced couples...its not about us anymore...its about our children and their job is to be 11 and 6...not spies or mediators...I've seen too many kids of divorced parents over the past 13 yrs of teaching who do the tug of war with their kids and the kids are the ones who suffer!!
