I can be a bit of an eccentric. I wear absurd amounts of hats, plaid and flannel (when it's cold), I have a beard, make art and play guitar. I have cut down a tree before. I'm big into food and everything it entails. I specialize in strange sounding combinations (vegetarian sweet potato chili anyone?) that are actually rather good. I also make mean coffee. Cold brew coffee, french press, pour over, Moka Express, espresso, Turkish....I have too many ways to make coffee. I support local breweries and wineries!
After a few years' hiatus, I've gotten back on both the religion and exercise boats. I need to get my body and soul healthy. Never far out in either regard, but I'd love someone who wants to explore both with me (notice an exploration theme?)
I love my jobs. Especially with design and certainly with teaching, you don't have what you would call a normal workday, and that's exciting to me. I work with an eclectic mix of clients and coworkers, and there's a real magic in that.
