Unfortunately, that relationship didn't last. It was a hard lesson learned but, it gave me a sense of what I was really looking for in a companion. For example, this may sound kind of strange but, I like a woman to have a certain amount of control over me. Not so much as to be overbearing but, enough to show that she has her own mind and she's not afraid to speak it. I like a woman who's adventurous but, doesn't mind staying in for a quiet night together. The keyword here is balance. I don't want someone who's gonna be like, "Let's go do something" every time we get together. Whining is a big turn-off for me. That brings up another point.. Relationships are about compromise. You're not always gonna get your way! And, if you like to be a drama queen and get all emo and are gonna shut me out whenever you get angry or frustrated with something, take that somewhere else because you won't find any solace with me. But, don't get me wrong, ladies, I'm not cold-hearted. If you were my woman and you had a problem, I would want to be the first to know. I'M YOUR MAN, CONFIDE IN ME! As long as you're on my arm, you're my lady and my queen, and will be treated as such. And, you will be, in all aspects, taken care of. So, I guess that's enough info for a good start.
