. I am a self employed, cosmetoligist, and have been doing hair in this small town for about 20 years. So just about everyone knows everyone. It can have its advantages and disadvantages. When you just get off work and are trying to get home and prop up your feet, and you see this blue light behind you and yes you are going a little too fast, then it is nice, when they call you by name and don't get the little book out.
