Date men from United States / Colorado, 31 year old - page 9

Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. Ok so I signed up for this mostly to see what online dating is like, after hearing about it from friends but never trying it myself.
A little about me: have lived in Colorado for most of my life and spend most of my spare time enjoying the outdoors and Rocky Mountains, like most other people in the state. I definitely consider myself as a "Colorado" type of guy - laid-back, casual, semi-active, snow- and sun-loving, etc. I'm not liberal-minded though, despite my proximity to Boulder. ;-) The easygoing pace of life in CO is one of my favorite things about it. But I'd also like to move somewhere else soon-ish for a new experience, if the opportunity came along.
Looking for that special someone to share life with (aren't we all?) - someone Christian, preferrably Protestant but that can be open. Exodus 20:3-17, Matthew 22:36-40, and Galatians 5:22-23 (my favorite verse and life motto) say it all for me and my ideal match would hopefully believe the same.
I started to travel when I was 25 and have since covered the country from NYC to Seattle to SoCal to SoFla, among other places, plus a few other spots around the world like Seoul, Hong Kong, and London. Would love to find someone willing to see the world with me.

Meet a man from Colorado, United States. I am a renaissance man who loves to learn about pretty much anything. I have a heavy tech background but is a very small piece of who I am. I love social theory, science, self improvement, and pretty much anything that requires you think. My kind of woman must be strong, able to stand up for her ideals and beliefs. Having a sarcastic and witty demeanor is probably the sexiest trait you can have. Keeps things interesting :)

Date single man from Colorado, United States. Born in Texas, raised in Colorado; seems like enough to be native. Although, I think the natives would disagree. Ha! Quick note, country music: not my thing most of the time.
I'm a photographer in my spare time, and work in finance for a living.
I'm laid-back, but passionate. I'm reserved, but if I get an idea - a really good idea - I've got to run with it. I can't get away from this place, and nowhere I've been compares to the front range out my office window. There's a ton to see and do here, and I like to explore when I can.
So, to find some common ground here: I think it's important to be well-rounded. It's great if you're active, even into sports. Not so active that you constantly have to be outside, but not a shut-in. And not so into sports that stats are second nature, but, ya know, I've always found getting fired up over a favorite team to be an attractive quality. It's fantastic if you're up to date on the world around you. There's so much going on here and and around the world that affects our lives every day, and I respect an informed opinion. An interest in the arts is nice. It's fun to go to a show at the DPAC every now and then, see who's playing at Red Rocks or on Colfax, and to hang out at the museums around town. I also have kind of a thing for scary movies, but no biggie if you're not into them. But it's good to have an interest in really good, meaningful movies. I admire independence. Know what you like. Have something to say about it. Nothing beats originality.
So...there it is. Fire away. There's a lot more, but that's what dating is for. I'm giving match a shot to see who's out there.

Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. So I have lived in Denver a little over 5 years. I really enjoy Colorado and could see myself living here for a while. In general I would say I'm from New Mexico but moved around a lot as a kid (military brat). I like living close to the mountains and am always looking for an adventure.
I currently work in the technology industry doing Enterprise Software Sales. I have a passion for technology and enjoy learning new things. I work from home which provides a flexible schedule but also work quite a bit (one of the reasons I'm trying this out).
If I had to describe myself I would say I'm a pretty positive person. I enjoy meeting new people (spice of life) and try to keep an open mind on most things. I consider myself a very independent person but enjoy spending time with friends and family. I'm kind of a sports nut but try not to put that as a top priority.
So what I'm looking for...
I'm looking for a person with a good heart and an easy going personality. Somone who is independent but still likes to spend time together. Always up for an adventure but knows how to enjoy the downtime. I've been told I'm a bit of listener so it doesn't hurt if you're a talker.

Date a soulmate from United States. I moved to Denver 8 years ago from the Seattle area after living in Washington, D.C. for four years in college. Although I miss the Northwest and being near the water, I love Denver and my life here. I’m in the process of buying a house and I started a new job this spring working for a software company, which has been a lot of fun.
I’m looking for someone with a great sense of humor and an interest in trying new things. Whether a dodgy-looking restaurant or a trip somewhere random – to Grand Teton or to Guam – I want to be with someone who likes to say “yes.”

Meet a man from United States. Life is good, but it can always be better. I'm an easy-going person who likes to experience as much as possible. I generally do not spend alot of time describing myself so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Date single man from United States. I grew up in Las Vegas but decided I needed a change of scenery. I'm still fairly new to Denver and exploring the area. I am looking to meet new people and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.
I love to travel! I tend to venture to Southern California a few times every summer. I’m a fan of good music and enjoy going to concerts. I’ve been snowboarding for years and try to spend my winters on the mountains. I'm pretty active ... I like to bike, snowboard, play hockey, hike, fish, camp and just be outside. I work hard so I can play hard.
My friends tell me I'm quick and witty ... I tend to agree with them. I'm pretty laid back socially but at the same time, I'm very driven professionally. I've worked hard to get to where I am. I'm officially done with school and despite getting the itch to go back from time to time, I'm over it. I love to learn new things, but I'll stick to self learning or informal education from now on.
My life is kind of yin and yang. My professional life is structured and I'm use to working within regulations and guidelines. So in my personal life I try to be spontaneous and unstructured. For the most part it works out and I stay pretty balanced. It goes along with my philosophy about work ... I work to live not live to work.
What am I looking for? Someone that enjoys the outdoors, has a good sense of humor, likes going out but is okay with nights in, someone that makes me laugh, someone that is smart and can handle and keep up with some witty banter and someone that is up for a random weekend adventure. Those are the highlights, if you think we're a good match I'd love to chat with you.

Meet someone special from United States. I am a fun, outgoing, and caring person. Like to stay busy with events (anything goes and looking for new interests and hobbies!!!) on the weekends but keep it calm (but not boring) during the week in order to stay focused with work. I am very athletic and enjoying doing a wide range of activities. Would like to find someone with similar qualities and interests towards athletics.
Believe it is always better to laugh than to be sad and therefore try not to stress about the day to day things. I strongly believe through past experiences no matter how bad something maybe it could be worse. My friends and family would truly support this statement as they always seem to think I am the one that holds things together. I enjoy being around friends and family and seeking someone that is close to their family as well. Dedicated to the things that mean the most to me and always willing to lend a hand.
Looking for someone with similar believes and values towards, life, family and friends. I am not too picking when looking for a partner just what someone that I can relate to, share and participant in similar interests, and to find that best friend.

. I am hoping to find good companionship on here. I am pretty laid back, with an occasionally sharp wit. I am usually a pretty smiley person, although sometimes I will focus pretty intensely on work or other things.
I like to spend my free time exercising, playing piano, enjoying some live music (sometimes dancing), hiking, skiing, sometimes playing computer games, etc. I am open to new things, particularly if I am doing them with someone whose company I enjoy. Ideal first date: something pleasant and enjoyable that doesn't occupy our attention too much.
I recently made a career change that involved getting my Master's degree and living in relative poverty for a couple of years. Now I am finished, but work is pretty busy and definitely challenging (I'm in software development).
I'd like to be with someone who can keep up with (and challenge) me intellectually. I'm no genius but I am a thinker. I also like to have good party fun, but not all the time. Exercise and music will likely occupy some of my time for the rest of my life.

. how to start?!....I am 31, live in Littleton and have shared custody of my 2 kids. I work in the construction field, both continuing to build my own company as well as working for a carpentry company. I am college educated, so I can hold a conversation (politics, religion, current affairs/events, etc., you name it) for more than 10 minutes without have to talk bout myself, but I can also pretty much build a house from the ground up. I can cook great, and love doing it. I treat a lady how she deserves to be treated - with respect, dignity, but as an equal (however I will still open the door for you, and randomly get you flowers "just because I was thinking about you"). I am a very family oriented person with a great sense of humor and looking for something that has the potential for long term. Interested in chatting sometime? Then message me.

. Smiling or laughing, that's how usually I am.
I'm relatively active with hint of lazy. As with most of the Joe Denver, you see here, I hike, bike, run, swim, camp and what not.
I enjoy trying new things. I enjoy the work I do and company that I work for. I think I'm at the point where I find a good balance of working and playing. Still have a little habit of overworking, but just when i have absolutely nothing else to do ;) People seems to tell me that I have lots of hobbies. I do like few things like been active, photography, listening to live music and love going to the sporting events.
Who I'm looking for... I love big smile of yours. Smile that makes me want to make you smile more. I'm looking for a relationship that we can talk for hours and hours, yet no silence feels uncomfortable.
I think I can go on and on for a "bit" more, but I think it makes more interesting and enjoyable, if one gets to know the other in person or in conversation. So, feel free to drop me a note or just wink at me.
Thanks for reading, and hope to hear from you soon.

. I've just recently moved back to Colorado after a six and a half year stint shared between Hermosa Beach and San Francisco. After realizing CA wasn't going to be the place for me to settle, I decided to move back to Colorful Colorado and at this point couldn't be happier.......well I could be happier if the mountains had more snow this past winter!! I'm an easy going individual that loves to have a good time, whether that entails going out to a local watering hole or staying in to cook a good meal, drink a nice bottle of wine and perhaps watch a few train wrecks known as reality tv........I'm sure you know what I'm talking about! I must also admit that I'm a bit of a fashionista if you will, not in the metro sense but have you seen my christmas sweaters!! ENOUGH SAID!! Like I mentioned earlier I'm really easy going and feel that you should enjoy life to the fullest and not sweat the small stuff, so please feel free to email me to either say hello or simply validate the fact that my sweaters are the bees knees!!
What I'm looking for is somebody to share new adventures with, yes this is a bit cliche but lets face it adventures are more fun if they're shared. I find myself attracted to confidant, independent, intelligent women that have a sense of humor and are happy to find themselves in social settings.
