I'm born and raised in Colorado but I've traveled all over the States. Only been out of the country once when I went to Mexico but I enjoy seeing other places than home.
Sports were a big part of my life, like a lot of guys, until I was injured. There's some fun stories there like almost breaking my neck and messing up my shoulder... But I got all fixed up and just enjoy casual stuff now (like intramural sports).
I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes about 10 years ago. It rarely affects me now just because I am so used to doing everything. It's a pain but some people like watching or even getting their finger pricked from time to time.
That's pretty much my history. I like trying new things even though I'm not a huge risk taker. My nerves will catch up to me sometimes but when they don't, you'd think I was calm as could be.

I am grateful for a number of things. My family (and certain members of it) that have taught me some important lessons in life, such as what to do and not do, what makes a good person and what doesn't. I'm also grateful for being able to take something for granted, it makes us forget how miserable it would be if we didn’t have it. Sometimes we need to experience a loss to be able to appreciate what we have. I'm grateful for having loved ones. Many people lose their loved ones. Many people don’t even know their father and mother. So be grateful if you have yours.
