I am a Colorado native and am proud of that. However I'm not the outdoorsy guy one might expect being from here.
Sorry, not climbing a mountain anytime soon. I gave up skiing. Nope, not a big hiker either.
I do like to dine out and I enjoy the social scene of the bars, nice ones and dives. I like the cultural side of Denver; museums, Tattered Cover, etc. I like the history of our state too. A long weekend roadtrip is my idea of an ultimate weekend. That being said, I appreciate solo time in as well.
I'm fairly literal; I say it like I see it. I don't sugar-coat much.
Two topics that will spark easy arguements are politics and religion. So I won't go there with you (for a while).
I like my collections, and there are a few. I do have nice things that I cherish. Yeah, material; I know.
I like to cook - I'm not good at it, I just like to experiment. We can always order pizza if I ruin dinner.
I'm self-diagnosed as often being misread, misinterpreted. People seem to have a hard time getting an accurate read on me. What do you think? I'm smiling on the inside...really!
I love my music. It either creates or completes the mood.
My family means the world to me and I have been fortunate my entire life to have a way-cool family.
I like to laugh, but you might not think that when you first meet me.
My sense of humor is pretty dry, sometimes brash. But hey, funny is funny!
Turn ons: good manners, good hygeine, confidence, an off-beat sense of humor and so much more.
Turn offs: bad manners (duh), rudeness, bad hygeine (again, duh), oh, and bluetooths. There are a whole lot more turn offs as well but I'm not here to talk about the negative stufff.

In the summertime I go to the mountains as much as possible to go fishing, 4X4ing, hiking and exploring. I'm a Colorado Native and there is so much of this state I haven't seen. One of the things I enjoy the most is being in the mountains on a clear summer night when you can see billions of stars-simple yet spectacular!! In the winter I ski occassionally, enjoy attending live sporting events and try to play a few recreational sports as well. There is always excellent live music year around in Denver as well.

I travel a lot for work and while I do enjoy traveling and taking short trips around the state, it would be a plus to find someone who didn't mind staying in and just hanging out on occasion as well.

I am pretty much in the constant pursuit of having fun, and trying not to take anything too serious. I work a lot, so I try to leave the serious stuff at my desk when I break away from work. I travel a lot(work and pleasure), and I love trying new things ( recently I've picked up surfing ). My favorite quote is from Warren Miller, "If you don't try it today, you'll at least be another day older when you do." I try to live by that. I will try anything, I may leap sometimes before I fully wrap my mind around something, but I don't regret it.
