Began Going Hard Doing crossfit, and I must say it is the best....But don't think people my size were meant to do it..lol I have always been an athelete and into all fitness activities...Not a big distance runner though, sprints and short distances are right my alley.

I am a father of two boys 14 and 17.
I go to school at Regis University, studying Environmental Science and Biology.
I do Cross Fit training 3 times a week and I do a boot camp on Sundays. Trying to get and stay in good physical shape to go with my mental and emotional fitness.
I work for the USGS in the National Water Quality Laboratory. I test water samples from all over the US and US territories to see what types fo pollutants are present, if any.
I enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places. I have lived here most of my life, but have not seen very much of it. I plan on hiking to see more of what Colorado has to offer.
I am looking for a fun, laid back, non judgmental, down to earth woman that would like to take things slow. I would like to finish a few goals before getting to the moving in together stage.
