In my life I've enjoyed scuba diving, rock climbing, skiing/snowboarding, parasailing, bungee jumping...I've taken a cross country motorcycle trip, I've flown a helicopter, and I feel lucky for the opportunities that I've had.
Most of my life I haven't focused on dating. Was never really interested in the bar/club scene and I kinda did my own thing in school. Now I'd like to find someone to share my life with. Yes, I live in Colorado and no, I don't ski or snowboard. I can, but find it to hard to get up to the mountain on the weekend during the winter because of my job. Besides, the best time to visit the mountains is the summer time if you ask me.
I love playing sports (baseball and basketball), being active constantly and eating relatively healthy. However, I can't say no to a plate of buffalo wings or nachos and the occasional afternoon nap on a weekend. Now this may be a shock to read, but I feel Sunday is meant for watching football. And I'll probably never say no to going to a sporting event.
I went to college in midwest and love a nice drive out in the country. Something about an open road and listening to country that is so peaceful. I also will never ignore a good rain or thunderstorm.

About me: During the week I work, play indoor soccer and hang out with friends. On the weekends I'm usually skiing or biking and having fun. I love going to Rockies games, although this is clearly not their season. But it is nice to go have a couple beers at the stadium.
I know everyone on match.com loves to talk about how active they are, but I think hiking and snowshoeing are lame. Maybe I should give them another try. And just for the record, I am pretty active. I run a couple half marathons each year, ride the MS 150 every year and did my first triathlon last year.

I like long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, holding hands in the park, opening doors............alright, I might be messing with you a little. :) Not sure what to write here, but I guess I'll give it a go. I am an educated professional who has a pretty successful career. I'm serious about my work, but certainly do not live to work. I'm honest, intelligent, loyal, and a man of my word. I have a niece and 2 nephews whom I absolutely adore. Just wish they weren't so far away. My career has allowed me to experience many new things and live several new places. I was born in Nebraska, and since college, have lived in several different places due to my pursuit of career opportunities. I just recently moved to Denver from Dallas, and am trying explore all that it has to offer. I've made several really great friends along the way, just wish I could get them all to Denver. I love being outdoors, whether it be a weekend camping, a day at the lake, golfing, hunting, fishing, or at a stadium watching a good college football game. I like cooking, grilling is cooking, right?!?! I also love to travel, but traveling alone isn't near as much fun as doing so with someone special. Last minute road trips can even be more fun than a well thought out vacation.
Why am I here? Well I guess I find this method more effective and efficient than the typical bar scene. When I go to the bars I want to hang out with my friends, or watch the game, not try and talk to every girl in the place. I'm not into the club scene, and much prefer the pub if going out, but also love an evening with friends hanging out on my patio when the weather is right.
What am I looking for? I want to be with someone who is my best friend. Someone to share my passions with and explore new things with as well.
