Date a soulmate from Denver, United States. I'm a 32 male on this crazy adventure known as life. I grew up back east and now live in Denver. I'm a very active person who loves life and whatever comes in my way. I'm an outgoing, funny, caring, gullible character. I love the outdoors, reading, music, sports, concerts, spending time with my family, shows at Comedy Works, sipping on a micro brew. I am always up for a challenge, the harder, the better. If you are fun, honest, open minded, challenging, have an awesome sense of humor, continue reading, otherwise your wasting your time.
Meet single man from Denver, United States. I'm looking for someone that likes to laugh and have a good time. Being active doesn't hurt. I like to chill most of the time, I'm not a night owl, but i can a owl if I have to. 200 chars yet?Nope not yet
Date a man from Denver, United States. Some would say I have a problem being serious, however like myself, life is too short. I often like to pretend I am a fully healed former dyslexic person who had no problems reading. I also don't understand my own jokes half the time, but that's not going to stop me to telling them. I do like to make people laugh however I don't want to be the center of attention. My fear is that once everyone is looking at me, they will start to feel much worse about themselves and I can't have that on my conscience. I feel modesty is important.... along with sarcasm. I often wonder "at what age do you tell a highway it was adopted?" Hopefully you enjoyed this random blurb. However I did have fun writing it! :)
I do enjoy creatively writing, so being a bit more serious about myself is a challenge, but here it goes. Living an active lifestyle is very much a part of my life. I play several team sports which also doubles as the majority of my social activities as well. I'm the oldest of 3, so I kind of have that protective older brother characteristic engrained in me. I'm an atrocious speller, but thankfully work on a mac, so it always is kind enough to tell me to try again. When I'm not playing sports, I like to grill in the back yard with friends, go on hikes with my 11 year old puppy (like me she chose not to grow up, just grow old), read and I do enjoying cooking... Even though I'm what some call a picky eater.
Now onto the egocentric stuff, I'm very loyal to the people in my life and won't say no to a friend in need of help. I am a funny guy and don't take myself too seriously, however my humor is very dry and witty so it can take people a while to catch up. So you're probably not the only one who didn't get most of the jokes.. ;-)
Meet someone special from Denver, United States. Well, I managed to get you to click on my profile, now let's see if I can make it interesting enough for you to ready the whole thing...
It's impossible to give a full description of myself (or anyone else) in this little box, so I'll hit the key points!
I'm a laid back, easy going guy, who enjoys spending time with friends and family. (After I wrote that last sentence I now realize that's probably what everybody says about themselves... but its still true!) Even though I'm easy going, I have no problem taking charge when necessary. I'll step up and be the leader, when one is needed.
Currently, I'm working in Web Development. I got my bachelor's degree about a year ago and I'm now working towards a career as an actuary( if you don't know what that is, they basically work with statistics, finance, and other such riveting things).
I consider myself to be a fairly intelligent (hopefully you would agree.) While you needn't have a Ph.D (although it wouldn't hurt, I am ok with you being smarter than me!), I would prefer a date who can hold her own in a conversation.
I try to stay active doing things like running/walking with the pup, volleyball(duh!), bowling(ok, so this one isn't so "active"), hiking, biking, Judo, etc.
Going out to a bar or seeing live music is always fun. I also like the plain old dinner and a movie type evening.
Well, now it sounds like I'm out exercising or going places non-stop. I actually like to hang out at home too. I'd love to find someone who is perfectly happy staying in, cuddling on the couch with a good movie.
I also love games of all types. That includes bar games(pool, darts), card games, board games, video games, ping pong, and pretty much anything else. Activities that get a group of friends talking and having fun are great. I'm fine with just sitting around on the porch with friends too.
If you've made it this far you have probably noticed how I tend to use parenthesis way too much when writing something like this. Sorry about that!
One more thing... I am a bit of an introvert. While I don't consider that a bad thing, don't expect me to be the guy dominating a conversation at a party.
Feel free to hit me up with a wink or a message if you feel like chatting.
Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. Hi! Im Brian. Im grew up in Ohio and moved to Colorado in 04. I also spent some time in Portland Oregon as well but have really found a home here in Denver. Im a season ticket holder for the Rockies so liking baseball is a must. As much as I like baseball, football is my favorite sport to follow. Im a big Ohio State fan and Cincinnati Bengal fan as well. I dont get a chance to travel much but I do enjoy my annual Vegas trip. Then again who doesnt enjoy Vegas. Im easy going and can get along with almost anyone but there is always that impossible person. I do enjoy hole in the wall bars but can lay on the couch and just relax as well. I like taking hikes with my dog and watching her chase geese at the lake. I try to catch at least one concert a summer but would like to see more. I'm trying to get back into mountain biking this summer and just took up frisbee golf! Real golf is more my game though! I'm tired of looking for the woman for me in all the wrong places so Im giving this a shot! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Meet single man from Colorado, United States. I grew up in a small mountain town in Northern New Mexico. Since then I've lived in: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, NYC, Puerto Rico, Hamburg, Prague, and now Denver. I miss the culture and diversity of the larger cities but am thrilled to be closer to the mountains and my family.
I have a fantastic job, great friends, and live in a beautiful and stimulating environment. I also happen to be single and enjoy spending time with the fairer gender. Unfortunately, bars don't seem to fit this bill, nor does my social circle. Hence, match.com.
Date a man from Colorado, United States. looking for someone to hang out with go see movies or stay at home and snuggle with would like to find someone with same interest and see where it goes prefer someone who isn't judgemental and knows how to relax and just be their self.
Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. I LOVE COLORADO (J/K), I just moved here. I’ve traveled all over the world and I gotta say this place is awesome…. I enjoy sports and staying active. Since I just moved here I ended up in Aurora and didn't know the stereotype that surrounded certain parts of the city. Well I'm into having fun so if you want hang out we should, there's no harm in that. Lets go out give me a shout out and I'll respond with my number; we'll see where it goes!
Date a soulmate from United States. I have been in Denver for a short while now and came here from NYC where I lived for 9 years. Life to me is all about cultivating and nurturing long lasting friendships, family, trying new things around every turn, putting as much of myself into anything that I do, and being a kind and giving person. I enjoy hanging with friends, working hard at my career, and entertaining myself in various ways--snowboarding, running, traveling, and collecting sunsets and moonbeams when I am lucky enough to catch them along the way.
I am originally from PA, and I believe that a close family is one of the most important pillars of life. I miss not seeing my family as much now that I am out West, but I am getting used to communicating in other ways that allow me not to miss a step.
I am inspired by great music, underdogs, Roger Federer, genuinely kind people, the poem 'IF' by Rudyard Kipling, and KEXP music that matters.
I cannot stop listening to the most recent albums by Deep Sea Arcade, Exitmusic, Delta Spirit, and Beach House.
I love the Daily Show, Shameless, Homeland, Game of Thrones, and Mad Men. I prefer movies like Moneyball that are smart, thought provoking, and say something about improving the human condition and motivating us to be better. I recently saw the documentary Buck, which uses training horses as a metaphor for life. Fantastic and highly recommend!
Finally, and most importantly perhaps I am interested in learning what makes you smile, what you care about, and the kind of person you are and want to be.
Meet single man from United States. First off, I was raised by Polacks and in saying this I do dumb stuff from time to time. I am not talking criminal actions here, just boarderline I might need a helmet while I a lick window. I try to live my life by one simple rule, take what you do serious, but you don't need to take yourself serious.
Activities that I like but are not limited to; biking, skiing, music, movies, parks, more music, well music with everything, Oh yeah, photography, I was a photographer in the U.S. Army for several years and am now attending school to get a piece of paper to let the world know I can use a camera. I was a always an optimist, but with the time I spent in the military I now know things can always get better. I also learned hard work, loyalty, honesty and respect for those around (most) you go a very long way. A good B.Sing session over a beer, glass of wine or a little whiskey is always a fun thing to do and it does not have to be conversation that is going to change to course of history either, I am a fan of vulgar humor - dick and fart jokes will always make me laugh. With that I love the cheesy jokes as well. Example; How many A.D.D. kids does it take to change a light bulb?......................Want to go ride a bike. Haha, just cracked myself up, down Frodo. I am an active person but I have spent days on my couch and been perfectly content with my activity for that day; you know getting up to get food, sitting down, getting up to get more food.
I am planning a bicycle trip for next year and it is going to be a 3480 mile solo-ride from Denver to Anchorage, Alaska - just throwing that in so you can see I have motivation. I am also a romantic type, mushy yes but I enjoy it. I like to bring flowers on the first proper date. Meeting for coffee does not count as a proper date.
You; Goals are important, I would like to meet somebody that has plans and working on those plans to go someplace. I just like the idea of people trying to improve themselves. I need somebody that can talk smack and take it and someone that is willing to call me out on nonsense as well. I prefer honesty over false praise, even if it is a little hard to hear it. The less makeup you wear the better, dress up is awesome, but if you apply your makeup with a Wagner Power Painter just walk away.
Date a man from United States. I am a passionate, caring, kind-hearted and affectionate man who’s looking for a partner to share fun and exciting experiences with. I’m very happy with my life and I’m passionate about my job and I believe with all my heart that the challenges and hard work involved in sports are a great parallel to life off the field. My friends and family are important to me and I love taking care of people. So to sum it up, I’m a very active coach/athlete who loves helping people and has a closet nerd streak and a love for history and learning. The rest you’ll have to discover in person …
So who am I hoping to meet? Maybe you. I really value well-rounded people with both physical and intellectual strength. The woman I’m hoping to raise a family with is laid-back, fun-loving and affectionate. She’s confident, passionate about life and has her own goals and dreams she’s working toward. She’s kind, feminine (but can throw on a baseball cap and T-shirt) and laughs way more than she frowns. She’s also active and understands the importance of staying fit.
Nothing in life is ever guaranteed, but if this sounds like you, we’ve got one helluva head start. I’d love to hear from you.
Meet someone special from United States. Welcome ; )
ABOUT ME: As a person I like to think of myself as confident but not a ****. I’m a very humble man. I understand that there’s a time to give and be loving and understanding. I also believe in standing up for what I believe and not being walked on. I’m always there for my friends and loved ones. I don’t run from adversity. I care what people think of me because I believe in being the best man I can be. I want people who come across me to think “hey what a cool guy”. It’s not about attention for me. It’s about the importance of one’s own honor and respect for those around him.
GOALS: I plan to continue my education and begin a business venture I’ve been planning. I really want to find a woman to love and share in the beauty that is life. I also want to continue to help those around me I care for to achieve their goals.
ABOUT YOU; you are smart, driven, caring, loyal and understanding. You still believe in true love and that marriage should be forever. You love dogs and cats. You love to laugh and don’t mind being silly and acting like a kid once in a while.
