Date single man from Colorado, United States. I try to live by all of the rules as such:
Rule #1 "People are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want it to be true; or they're afraid it's true."
Rule # 2 "The greatest harm can result from the best intentions."
Rule #3 "Passion rules reason, for better or for worse."
Rule # 4 "There is magic in sincere forgiveness; in the forgiveness you give, but more so in the forgiveness you receive."
Rule # 5 "Mind what people do, not only what they say, for deeds will betray a lie."
Rule # 6 "The only sovereign you can allow to rule you is reason."
Rule # 7 "Life is the future, not the past."
Rule # 8 "Talga Vassternich." (Deserve Victory)
Rule # 9 "A contradiction can not exist in reality. Not in part, nor in whole."
Rule # 10 "Willfully turning aside from the truth is treason to one's self."
Rule # 11 Unsaid, but inferred.
Each rule comes from one book written by Terry Goodkind.
Besides those rules, there is one other that I like: "If you find something you like, buy a lifetime supply, because they are sure to quit making it." Frank Herbert.
The rule that personally means the most to me is # 6, although my ex-fiancee actually tattooed the 8th rule onto her shoulder!
I hope that in reading the above rules and in knowing that I do my utmost to live by them, you will come to appreciate the mind and person I am.
