Date men from United States / Colorado / Denver, 32 year old - page 32

Date someone special from Denver, United States. My favorite people make me laugh. A great sense of humor, an outgoing nature, and an original personality will get me every time. I feel like I have a pretty geeky personality/sense of humor. Something along the lines of Flight of the Concords or 30 Rock. The episode where Kenneth steals LL Cool J's nose kills me. My friends would describe me as creative, funny, and happy. I really don't like dwelling on the negative and I can usually put a positive spin on just about anything. I've lived in a lot of places which I think gives me a unique perspective on a lot of things. I'd love to move back to England, but at the same time I'm having a great time in Denver. I've made my best friends here and I love the weather. I also have a great job that I really like. I get to work with really cool people in two industries that are exciting to me; software development and music.

Meet a man from Denver, United States. The truth is, I graduated from Yale University in May of 2002 and most people seem to think that makes me a geek. And they're probably right. But I am a good-hearted geek. I studied Film and Music, and I'm a professional opera singer and a fiction writer. I'm now working toward my Masters in Literature and Creative Writing at the University of COlorado in Boulder. My best attribute is probably my sense of humor, or so I am told. I, of course, love movies (I have 200 DVDs). I enjoy watching and playing sports. I love my dog (a Yorkshire terrier); he's my best friend. I like playing video games. I like Conan O'Brien. In the arena of music, I am a rather eccletic listener -- from Classical to Jazz, to They Might Be Giants. In literature, I enjoy the work of Nicholson Baker, Philip K. Dick, and Garcia Marquez (with appropriate accents, of course). Send me a message and I can promise you at least an interesting conversation!I am seeking a woman who considers herself to be caring and intelligent. I want a woman with whom I may discuss art and film and music and current events and whatever else might wander onto the conversational palette. I am looking for a woman who loves to go out but loves to stay in, a woman who enjoys athletic activities. I am looking for a woman who breaks into song when no one is watching, a woman who is not perfect and knows that I am not perfect, but one into whose eyes I can look and simply have to smile.

Date a soulmate from Denver, United States. I have a dachshund named Kosher. That should tell you about my sense of humor...or my wit...or that I'm a really evil dad?
I am a long distance runner and go for a run at least 5 times a week. I love vanilla lattes and have perfected making them at home. I eat a banana every day with my latte, but refuse to eat a banana any other time (except an hour before a race).
I know the difference between "over" and "more than," but always get confused between "farther" and "further.
I'm a healthy eater, addicted to Garbanzos. Late at night, I can't get enough cereal, veggies/hummus and fruit.
I love sweater weather and have a fashionable collection that women love and men love to make fun of.
I love the Sunday LA Times crossword (so much easier than NY Times) but rarely finish it.
I am flawed. I'm a news reporter and have an awful work schedule for a social life (M-F afternoon/nights). While it helps for interesting conversation and knowledge, it also can impact everyday life.
I can't promise work will never get in the way of a planned event. I can't promise I won't work later than I thought. I can't promise I won't be called in earlier than I thought.
I can promise to make you feel needed/wanted. I can promise to give you stimulating...conversation. I can promise to be easy on the eyes :) Even though our schedules probably won't match up, maybe we will anyway.

Date someone special from Colorado, United States. Quiet fun is what I am constantly in search of! The warmth of the afternoon sun, or the coolness of an early summer evening feels real good to me. Excursions into the high country, fine wine & dining, friendly barbecues and house parties, with a little touch of soulful dancing at a night club is right on tip. To take a break from the chaos of life, I like to workout, play club sports, and read a good book here and there. I do work hard to stay clear of the silly drama and everday foolishness that life has to offer.I would like to communicate with a young lady that has a fun-loving attitude towards life. If you are a positive, strong-willed person who is determined to have a positive future for herself, then please write or drop a line or two. True friendship void of the silly chaos that this World has to offer is what I am after. Soul mates fulfilled may just be around the corner for you and I, but we will never know unless we try!

Meet a man from Colorado, United States. I'm laid back, chill and easy going. I'm usually down for almost anything, and fill my spare time with hiking, yoga, meditation, biking, and all the typical things Colorado people are into..
I'm self employed and love to travel. I usually finesse my work schedule so I can take a month or 2 off in the summer to travel. I recently got back from a month in Colombia, and spent last summer in Alaska.
I still enjoy a good, rowdy night out but find myself spending less and less time in bars as I've mostly outgrown that scene (but not completely) and would usually rather do wine and dinner. I'm always down for live music. I'm equally as happy staying in on the weekends, cooking, watching movies, relaxing, and enjoying life.
Lets see, what else? This summer I've been getting into cruiser rides, film on the rocks, jazz at the park, lots of reading, and the occasional farmers market or art walk.

Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. Looks like I've reached the Match.com essay portion of the exam. It was easy until now. Ok, here goes...
I'm looking to have fun. For me, that means going out, having drinks, road trips, backpacking, laying in the park, cooking, camping, dancing, live music!, watching a movie, coffee shops, trying new things, mid-night bike rides, early morning hike, baseball games, museums, playing music with friends, absolutely nothing, whatever. So long as I’m smiling, laughing, and having fun, I don't care.
Above all else, I love spending time with my dog, writing-playing-listening to music and getting outdoors. My family is small, but super important to me. Also, know that I'm vegetarian in case that matters.
Besides appearance, traits I find deeply attractive are humor, empathy/kindness, and creativity. Oh, and easygoing and adventurous are key. I hate drama and undue stress in a big big way.
This might be pie in the sky but, in addition to the traits above, I'd like to meet someone who has their "thing” they really love: cooking, painting, dancing, writing, photography, gardening, running, riding a horse, whatever. Finding someone who's inspired by something would be great. I think it's important for two people to maintain their individuality in a relationship while also supporting one another.
A pitch about myself:
* Full head of hair at 31!
* Slim/fit at 31!
* Although I'm still single at 31, I'm responsible!
* I make jokes (whether I'm funny?)
* Easygoing and nice (by my pics you’d think I’m a jerk...not sure what’s up with that.)
* I’m from Tennessee so I have a southern demeanor
* Fun
That’s enough about me.

Meet single man from Colorado, United States. So apparently there are certain negative connotations with meeting women in a bar. I mean let's think about it, you exchange a smile share a drink(s), exchange numbers, do the dating thing, and then wonder why it never worked out.
Could it be that we're all trying to escape a feeling called loneliness by going out all the time? Sure. I think so in some way, shape, or form.
However, I think at the same time we are all looking for that person who you could be perfectly content staying home with and doing things together. Just the two of you. Your friends would take the back seat and you'd go tackle the world together. You'd travel, laugh, take cheesy pictures, Skype your parents from another country over Christmas, buy a puppy, make a baby, and then laugh as you rock in your chairs together and reflect back on the 60 wonderful years you've given each other.
This last paragraph is what I'm looking for. If this is you, send me a message.
Eli
