My story is pretty interesting, I originally grew up in the country of Panama and moved to Miami when the Canal was turned over from the US back to the Panamanians. I found myself moving to Denver after coming out a few times to visit a few friends and no regrets since then.
I joined this site because I have focused a lot of time and energy into my career. I am very hardworking and dedicated to what I do however it should not be the only thing that defines me as a person. I believe that everything happens for a reason and that you can meet someone even at a bar type scene. However that has not been the case for me so here I am.
A little about me; I am very outgoing and I am always up for meeting new people, I have a good sense of humor and that is a definite must in anyone I meet, I can be sarcastic at times (in a good way), I love going to the mountains, boarding, hiking, camping, running, working out, traveling (a big reason I enjoy what I do, I get to travel a bit), I love the beach and I think that is the only thing Colorado is missing. There is so much more about me and as we get to know each other you will find out. Overall I am pretty easy going and I am a firm believer that instead of fighting over the little things the best way to resolve any problem is to talk it out.
I do believe in family values and I am close to my family. I can say I was very fortunate growing up and I was taught that I have to go out in the real world and make it on my own. I am proud to say that it has made me a much stronger person.

Though I thrive on adventure I love where I live and have been raised since birth. Colorado may very well be the best all around place I've ever been. I live in Denver just a few minutes from downtown and enjoy going to Nuggets, Rockies and until recently Broncos games. I enjoy live music, all kinds, all musicians are talented in their own specialty. I like to go to happy hours and find myself going to the bars fairly often with my friends. I play golf at Wilis Case right by my house and try to go whenever else I can. I play frisbee golf a lot too, a great excuse to walk in the park and laugh my ass off at my friends.
I have an awesome crew of friends and we have arguably more fun than should even be allowed. Life is good, I have a great job, great friends and family, way too much fun stuff to do, an awesome house I bought about a year and a half ago that I'm very grateful for and all I really want now is someone to share life with.

I work as an environmental engineer on a big construction project and its great because my job is productive and I get to take care of our wonderful earth. I know that this is going to sound absolutely and completely cliche but I started this year off with the ambition of making it the best year of my life. I am enrolling back into school to peruse a degree in Enviornmental Architecture. I am about to start working towards my Sport Pilots license; I have had a passion for flying since as far back as I can remember and am finally getting down to it. I plan on taking some much need road trips, one through the Pacific Northwest.

I guess you wold have to say I'm a very spiritual person, but I don't look at anything as not being spiritual anymore so maybe I'm just a totally normal person! Haha, probably not... I love the thoughts of Buddism, Hinduism, Taoism, Shamanism, and most anything Animistic, but I think belief structures are limiting and in the end they usually cause more problems than they solve, like religious wars and Christians hating everybody but their own denomination. I think that the world is waking up to the fact that we are all connected and that Love is for everyone and hate is going to be a thing of the past.
Ive spent the past 10 years playing music and studying world philosophies and metaphysics(and come to some quite startling conclusions!). Now I go to school for sound healing and psychology and hope to open my own holistic-type light and sound practice someday soon. Music is my passion. Ive played all my life and write and record new music all the time. Meditation and altered states of consciousness would have to be my other big passion, thats why I love sound healing so much, as it combines both forces. Most people would probably consider a lot of what I think of as natural laws of the universe to be completely crazy. Im into astral projection and out-of-body experience and pretty much anything to do with shamans and the psychedelic experience, kinda a hippy I suppose.
I love everything about the Universe. I love Music and Art, the creative etheric, but also Science and Nature, the Earth is my home. I used to think enlightenment was all about transcending the Earth plane and moving on to the non-physical (Nirvana) but now I see that the Earth is the only place we have a real continuum, our thoughts don't manifest instantly, and I see now that the physical plane is just as magical as the metaphysical (yes heaven will come to Earth, not the other way around!). There's a lot of things you can't do without bodies and organs. Your biology is sacred. Love the body you are in and live life to the fullest, there is so much potential every day. I used to get so caught up in spiritual escapism, but now I realize the old Zen saying, there's nothing quite like wearing clothes and eating food...
So if you like to have deep conversations about the Earth, the Universe, other dimensions, consciousness, spirits, souls, history, the future, space, DNA, genetics, etc., thats great! But I'm also totally down to Earth and love to watch a movie or go out for a beer. I just like people who have an open mind about the amazing world we live in!
