My name is Bryan. I recently moved to Colorado in late September after finishing my Masters Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. My primary area of study was looking at wellness in the workplace programs and developing a solutions based approach to achieve healthier employees. I also studied exercise physiology, exercise psychology & motivation, program design etc...(Yes, I am a nerd). I was born and raised in Wisconsin and very much enjoyed growing up in the Midwest. I spent most of my summers waterskiing, wake boarding, and being out on the water every chance I could get! As for winters in the Midwest, I'm sure not missing the cold! My love for the outdoors, biking, hiking, etc. brought me to Colorado and I am enjoying it out west very much so far!
