Date single man from Broomfield, United States. Like any resume, I guess I'll just start with all my talents that make me suitable for the position I'm applying for, namely a relationship with a lovely girl.
Firstly, I come from a very unique background. It was a blessing and a curse since it caused me to grow up much too quickly. As a result, I'm 32 in age but about 38 on the maturity scale with the occasional "that's what she said!" thrown in there.
My strong suits are empathy, sincerity, compassion, optimism, humor and a strong understanding of the human condition. Maybe its because I spent my whole life being trained to interact with people, but I just have that ability to connect quickly and easily with most people.
Meyers-Briggs personality assessment profiles me as an ENFP with borderline introvert tendencies. My archetype is a "Healer" and it really is spot on. You should read that if you really want to know more about who I am and what I offer.
Which brings me to my next point. What do I offer?
I was married for 8 years. Sometimes it embarrasses me because I never wanted to be a divorcee, but it happens. Naturally, I learned a lot of things about women and relationship dynamics during that time and that knowledge and experience will go a long way when the "butterflies of a new relationship" fades.
I'm looking for real and most girls on here are too I believe.
Also too, I am a family man. I have children and they live with their mother back east. I am looking for someone who can understand and respect that they have been my biggest life accomplishment and they are sacred to me and that my Saturday morning Skypes are special. But don't worry, I don't need any kind of motherly role from you, actually, you're for me, selfishly speaking.
Overall though, I'm a happy guy that loves the value of a clever joke. I appreciate open and honest communication and I believe that much like raising a child, you should NEVER scold someone for being tactfully honest. Otherwise, they may never be again and that is the kiss of death to any relationship.
I'm very open and sincere and you'll see that within the first 10 minutes of meeting me.
Overall, I'd like to find someone special to me. It's the little things:
- Pinching bums and winking at each other in public places.
- Those inside jokes that are years old and are still funny.
- Knowing each other so well that you immediately know when something is going wrong or very right.

I enjoy all kinds of activities, including, but not limited to........snowboarding, running, basketball, and volleyball. Basically anything to stay active. I love to cook, and have a passion for good food and wine. I enjoy going out with friends, but not too into the bar scene. Although I have been known to dominate the dance floor on occasion :) I am a very honest person, sometimes to a fault. I am looking for someone with similar values and interests. But I am always open to new ideas and activities.

As for what I’m looking for, this is a very difficult question. I don’t expect anyone to share or even pretend to care about half of my interests. Nor do I have a particular archetype in mind for what you look like. Some people just work together. Often unexpectedly. I'm used to being significantly taller than the people I'm with. You just have to make up for it with a big personality.
My marital status is technically separated, but I'm divorced in every meaningful way and have been for some time. If I file the divorce paperwork before September, I have to pay back the first time home buyer tax credit. So, I'm emotionally, physically, and monetarily divorced but still married on paper until then. It is a bit of a bummer being stuck in limbo, but life is weird sometimes. No, I'm not looking for a rebound and there is no drama - she knows I'm dating and couldn't care less. And the finances are just fine, thank very much.

I'm not really into the club or bar scene, although I do enjoy to get all dressed up and go out for a night on the town. I'm a bit of a music junkie (Pandora is wonderful!). I love how music can inspire, motivate, and fuel you when you thought you were on empty! I listen to just about everything. Some favorites include: Cake, Beck, RJD2, Bonobo, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Elliot Smith, Jack Johnson, The Clash, JJ Cale, Thievery Corporation, Damien Jurado, The Bravery, The RHCP, The White Stripes, DJ Shadow, Pink Floyd, The Ramones, Rodrigo y Gabriela, The Black Keys, Gnarles Barkley, Danger Mouse, Jimi Hendrix and so many more.
One of the best thing's I've read is Max Ehrmann's "Desiderata" - true words to live by. I think it is essential to be happy with yourself. I think you should always be grateful for what you have, but always have goals as well.
