Date a soulmate from Aurora, United States. I have been practicing criminal defense law for the last fifteen years. Lately it has taken much of my time and taken away from my personal life. It has also taken away from my exercise time and free time. This year everything is changing. I am putting more balance into my life and trying to exercise more, travel more, and get that personal life back. I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and road biking. I don't enjoy, (but do it anyway) running, but I am starting to tolerate it. I like some tv shows, but very few of them are entertaining, so I usually get my tv fix from the internet, like Pawn Stars, American Restoration, Jon Stewart. For the most part, I enjoy a glass of wine with friends. I like hearing what other peoples point of view. I don't work with very "normal" people--its either very intelligent and aggressive attorneys, or stressed out criminal defendants--so its great to hear some normal conversation whether its politics, opinion, experiences, hobbies, or even memories of childhood snowstorms. Everyone has something interesting about them I really enjoy finding it. I have three dogs. Two are mine and one was sort of left with me when my dad broke his ankle and he never came back for him. I have two small mutt dogs who I have had for a long time (18 years and 10 years) and now the new dog is high powered Irish Setter who can run 20 miles without getting tired--and who needs to run at least a few miles ever few days or he becomes destructive. So much of my free time has been dedicated to exercising all three dogs at the local off-leash dog parks. However, that too is starting to change as my father's ankle is finally starting to heal and he is helping take over the amazing task of watching this red dog jet through the fields! Many of my friends are married. However, at my age, many of those who were married, are not becoming divorced...and sometimes even re-married. I think that marriage is a sacred institution. I hope someday that I too become married, but I don't feel that I absolutely HAVE to get married. I would like to have kids someday. But having seen all of the terrible drama of broken marriages and child custody battles in my profession, I have some reservations. Yet, when I see how much friends of mine have changed with kids, it seems that it is an amazing experience and development that I would like to be a part of...but only if the right situation and opportunity were to come up. Its not something I would force or require. Again, its not something that I absolutely NEED.
When it comes to the most attractive trait of a woman...its confidence. The second most attractive trait: a sense of humor. If you can make me laugh you will have my heart. I like to travel and explore. I have been to Africa, Central Mexico, Costa Rica, and even exotic Las Vegas in the past couple of years. Yet I think Colorado is the best place to be by far. Nonetheless, I plan on returning to visit Central Mexico, Costa Rica, and Las Vegas during the next year.
