However, I have spent a good amount of time in the city too and I think I fit in pretty well. I went to college in Nashville right out of high school then moved back to Ohio. After 9/11 I decided to join the Army and they sent me here to Denver. I was here for most of my time in the military except for a year I spent in Korea and few other short temporary duty stations. I am a very easy person to get along with and I try to not judge people unless they force me too. There are only two things that drive me nuts and that is liars and cheaters. I've dealt with enough of them already and not looking for a repeat. I would like to find someone that knows what they want in life and shares some of my goals. My family is very important to me so I think I would have a hard time getting along with someone who cannot get along with their own. When I lived in Hawaii I worked as a golf professional. It was a really fun job and Hawaii is an amazing and beautiful place with great people that I miss, but I am glad to be back home in Colorado near my family.
Staying active and getting outdoors to enjoy the weather and play sports or just enjoy the beauty of it here is a priority for me. I love playing golf, tennis, running and working out. I love the mountains in the summer. I get a chance to do a few road trips every year, usually Arizona or California.
I enjoy sporting events, movies, sitcoms and reading good books. I'm a fan of comedy clubs and think that there is nothing better than laughing until you cry. I actually like doing yard work and little fix up jobs around my house. I follow a pretty healthy diet and I like to cook. I have a weakness for Italian food and bbq.
I am a big animal lover especially dogs. If you don't like dogs I'm probably not the person for you. I guess I would say that I'm a guys guy. I like talking sports, action movies, cars, hardware stores, wood working, and beer (in moderation of course). I don't like shopping, I usually just run in grab what I need and get out.
