Date a soulmate from Arizona, United States. When my year-long membership expired, on July 2, 2012, there had been no personal meetings or phone chats, with "Match" members, at all--just a few e-mail correspondences.
My only dinner meeting, which I could not really call a "date," was with a man who thought my photos "stunning," on free "Fish." Sadly, no "sizzle," at all...the gods of love continue to laugh....
Even though I live in Arizona, because my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson live in Los Angeles, California, I would have loved to have met a man, from that area, or one who would enjoy going there with me, to visit them.
Although local dating would have been nice, forming a long-term, monogomous relationship of cohabitation, or even getting married, would have suited me even better.
As an eternally-youthful, exuberant, "Blithe Gemini Spirit," I had hoped to meet an intelligent, refined, cultured, romantic gentleman, who felt the same joy and passion as I do, for "Life and Love," itself.
Moreover, as a constant seeker of knowledge, I wanted someone who could have engaged and stimulated my inquisitive mind with wit and insight, on a variety of topics.
Though we should naturally have shared a myriad of common interests, I would also have indulged my partner's having different ones, such as his going out to play golf or tennis, with the boys: As an only child, I do not equate solitude with loneliness.
My lovely Del Webb-Pulte adult country club community of Sun City Grand-AZ, boasts four golf courses, two fitness centers with indoor and outdoor pools and spas, two restaurants, and a cafe with al fresco dining, among its numerous other amenities.
My ultimate goal is still to meet a reasonably-healthy, successful, stable, kind gentleman (gentle man) who has not lost his boyish qualities, and whose sense of playfulness matches my own.
