Studying Ghandi's life taught me more-so how to be calm when provoked and how we can change the world one small piece at a time. Five years ago I had to learn how to walk again. Not one to take the doctor's answer, I pushed hard and eventually guided overnight backpacking trips at a summer camp. After my divorce, I had to learn to live again, but once again not letting society define my life. Moving to Arizona for a new job was part of this change, and has proven to be a very wise decision. You are more likely to find me on a trail or wooded picnic area than a club but I also enjoy a good microbrew at the bar. Even though my work exist mostly in the digital realm, inspired by Star Trek and other sci-fi, some of my greatest inspiration comes from Mother Nature. Perhaps we could go camping and find some of this inspiration together? This life change also once again helped me to rediscover the joy of cooking. It's not something I often get to do, but food really does taste better when it's not seen as a chore. Would you be up for a dinner for two? How about cuddling up and watching a movie?
My match is someone who wouldn't mind a lazy weekend watching our favorite movies on Netflix and also willing to balance oit out with an adventourous weekend sleeping in a tent, hiking new trails. I have a beautiful daughter, a siberian husky, a black cat, and a horse named "Doc". He was my Valentine's Day present to myself last year, however, this year I'm hoping I won't have to buy myself a present- especially such a spendy present. I am well traveled- have been to many places overseas and found that I love Costa Rica the best. I stayed at a resort that had a natural spa at the base of an active volcano.
