While I like hanging out on the couch occasionally, I’m happiest when I’m taking part in a wide range of activities and challenging myself to reach new levels. I guess that’s why I trained for the Ironman in 2000. I’m proud to say I finished it and have aspirations of doing it again but then again that doesn't leave much time for the ones I care for. I enjoy going to the gym for spinning, boot camp or just working out with my son (he's a beast its hard to keep up with him).
