I'm originally from San Diego and brought my laid back surfer attitude with me. I'm a glass half full kinda guy and try to find the good in all situations. I love to travel and and go on last minute trips all the time. I recently went to Playa del Carmen Mexico (about 45 minutes south of Cancun) and can't wait to go back. I love experiencing new places and things to do. I had my day with the club/party scene but it's just not my cup of tea these days. Don't get me wrong, I like going out but I'm not 21 anymore and I certainly don't act like it. A good movie, good place to eat, comedy club, concert... thats my idea of going out. I love music... and have my i-pod plugged in everywhere. I absolutely love concerts and live music. Snowboarding is also one of my favorite activities and try to go at least 3 or 4 times a year. For the most part I enjoy any outside activity: Camping, hiking, boating & wake boarding, car shows... I love classic cars and own one myself.
I have a big family and love it. I am the youngest of 7 kids and enjoy hanging out with all my family and enjoy being an uncle to a bunch of nieces and nephews : ) I also have a really great group of friends and have a blast with them. I surround myself with people that matter to me and value the lasting relationships I have. I am honest, sincere, and loyal and hope to find a girl that has these same values. I do love to travel and wouldn't mind having someone to take places. My next trip is going to be to Eastern Europe: Sweden, the Czech republic, and possibly Russia. I am German and Swedish and I'd love to explore my heritage more deeply someday.

I am a very even keel person, things just don't get me worked up. I have earned the nickname "Chiller". I guess becuse I am so mellow, but really I just try to think before I speak or act. Being mellow can be mistaken for unmotivated or uninterested. In my case that could not be any further from the truth. Any person who is interesting will have my full attention, being a good listener is one of my best traits. When you listen you learn, about people and things, and I love learning about both.
At this point in my life I am very focused and motivated, especially in my career.I set a goal for myself last year to re-career and be doing what I do now and I love what I do. Being a home inspector/building inspector is a great job. I could go on about it for a bit, but for your sake I will leave it as is.
I have called AZ home for 31 years. I was born and raised here. I have been to almost every state in the U.S. and in my opinion AZ is one of the best places to live. I will take 110 degrees anyday over 6 feet of snow I love outdoor recreation and living here is great for that.
Like I said, I love outdoor activities. Biking, swimming, lounging by the pool, catching a game, GRILLING are all things that I love to do. I have a fire pit at my house and I absolutly love to hang out there at night right around Nov-Mar. the weather is awesome for this...SMORES! A little night life and partying is always fun, but a night in is always a welcome change of pace.
I am a creative person, if I cannot get that out I start to get a little crazy. Being creative keeps me healthy, it could be writting. painting, sculpting, remodeling a house, whatever, as long as my imagination can run wild I am good. I am incredibly handy, having spent over 10 years in construction I can build or fix just about anything.
Hopefully I can meet someone who shares these similar traits and maybe a little more. I would love to meet a woman who has a great sense of humor and can be silly. But on the flip side is classy and can be a lady. Sarcasim is great mental sparring is sexy.
