I've decided at the ripe old age of 29 that I need to broaden my horizons a little bit and try this online dating thing. I figure...what the H? Can't hurt. So I'll start with some tidbits about me. I'm funniest on Sunday mornings. I can do the robot like nobody's business. The best part about my dancing is how good I think I am. I'm practically Rain Man when it comes to math...and counting toothpicks...ok not counting toothpicks but definitely math. My favorite song to karaoke to is Meatloaf, I would do anything for love. I actually would do anything for love...but I won't do that. I think wit and pretty eyes are the two sexiest things a woman can have. I'm a foodie. I'd snowboard year round if I could. Unfortunately being from Arizona you can barely snowboard winter round. I'll listen to anything 80's over anything 2000's. I don't know where I learned my manners from but they are very important to me. It's ridiculous that there aren't more car doors being opened for more ladies. I sleep with the TV on. I'm perfectly open to dropping that habit. I make a casserole that is so good you will think that every other piece of food you've ever eaten was sub par. I love telling stories about college. I really love telling stories about college after a few libations. My friends mean the world to me. I'm thinking of bringing back the pager. I'm horribly unphotogenic. I have a great appreciation for plaid. I love everything about my career. By far the best company, culture, and leadership team I have ever worked for. There's nothing better than a well tailored suit. I pour far too much dressing on my salad. Sunglasses and my face do not get along. I put pepperoncini's on everything. Yes...that is how you spell pepperoncini. My voice is like a combination of Fergie and Jesus.
So I guess the next question is what am I looking for? To start I think humor is key. You have to be able to laugh at yourself and not take things too seriously. I'm also very sarcastic so you have to be able to dish it out and take it. I'm very goal oriented and want someone who is the same. I'm extremely focused on my career and would want someone that has at least a somewhat serious job as well. Dating someone who parties 6 nights a week because she has nothing to wake up for was fun in college, but not for me anymore. Don't get me wrong, I can still tie one off on occasion but Sun-Thur I try to stay pretty mellow. I find intelligence very attractive. You have to know the difference between your and you're. Lastly I definitely want someone who is trustworthy. Trust is the most important thing in a relationship...that, and a mutual love for the song Africa by Toto. Bonus points if you know the tune.

Soooo about me.... Hrm... I am a very unique individual. You should probably know that I really really like playing basketball... I mean really really like.. maybe even to a crazy obsessive state. I tend to play at least 3-4 times a week and enjoy pickup games or just shooting around for fun/practice. It is great cardio/aerobic exercise. I have this thing with running (i hate it) or boring exercising/workouts... I need something entertaining with a goal and basketball is that! Hiking is fun too, and I like outdoor activities. Also, I enjoy pretty much all types of food, although I do really seem to like sushi and mexican as of late. I would say Ajo Al's is definitely one of my favorite Mexican spots, and I have a number of favorite sushi joints.
For some odd reason I am really good at remembering lines from tv shows and movies and tend to quote them at random times, and then I am baffled when no one knows what I'm talking about! Some people think that is weird.... I just tend to think I have an extraordinary memory and a canny ability to apply these quotes to real life situations that are occurring.
So what am I looking for in a woman... well I am looking for someone who is intelligent, trustworthy, funny, witty and caring. Someone who can be my best friend, and my partner in crime. Someone I can confide in and share secrets with, and when she walks in the room people think wow, that guy is lucky to have such an amazing girl.
