They also say I am very active, which is true, because most days I do 2 plus miles up & down stairs, play Tennis for up to 2 hours, & work out at the gym for 15 to 20 minutes, each morning before 8am.
The thing that makes me the proudest is my 8 childern & 17 grandchildern, & the fact the good Lord has blessed us with the things & needs of life to enjoy this beautiful world & each other. Update: 18th Oct.'11, Huntsman Senior Games are over, & I was blessed to win 3 metals in bowling in 3 different events out of the 5 I entered. 1 gold in mixed dbls, 1 silver in singles, & 1 bronze in teams.
