I'm a busy professional home-owning (point being time/effort it sucks up ;) ) mom who is also involved in moms club/s & meetup groups. I believe alone time is good/important, and everything else is 1,000% better with the right person/people!
I have diverse interests and enjoy mixing up activities as well as meeting new people. My leisure choices tend to reflect the importance I place on good nutrition & active lifestyle and my love of arts music, good food & good wine.
I seek financial balance but admittedly splurge on entertainment & dining out (including taking the kids out to eat when I'm out of energy for cooking ;) ) - these things hold a lot of value to me!
I'm a wholesome woman who grew up in the country but loves city life. I am very grounded morally/ethically and try to stay healthy spiritually as well. I have a good heart and strong consideration of/empathy with others.
Tidbits:
- I'm quite organized & relatively tidy but not a clean freak (my bathrooms get minimal attention, windows get none and though I vacuum regularly, the tile & wood rarely see a mop).
- I'm far more introspective than most people I know.
- I'm a night owl; I easily stay up until 12-1am and am not prone to getting up before 8am.
- I have many passions and pursue most endeavors with fervor.
- In general, I TEND TO RUN LATE. So, if you're a stickler for timeliness, I'm not your girl.
- I've been single since October 2, 2010.
- I have 3 kids. It sounds like a lot, but 2 are twins (the plan was 2 total.. ;) - but they're a delight!), so I at least only have 2 sets of activities/schedules/planning. And they spend half their time with their dad, who is a great father & fills that role completely (I don't need someone to father or support my children... in fact, it could be a year before you would even meet them). The twins have 1 more year of preschool & my oldest is going into 2nd grade.
