I studied International Business and Spanish in college, leaving one semester early to start a career in Finance and Insurance. I spent 8.5 years as a Mortgage Banker and Insurance Agent, making a comfortable living but was never really happy or fulfilled with my career, (hindsight is 20/20). When the economy and housing market took a turn for the worse I needed a drastic change. So here I am.
My body type: athletic/toned, scars,balding, tattoos 3/4 sleeve. I love to run, but injuries allow me only short distances now. My enlistment didn't go quite as planned to say the least. Injuries kept me from deploying, and I am going through the medical discharge process. Weights are out now, I'm recovering from a second elbow surgery. I'm going to start yoga and hiking for my workouts when I get home.

Career goals: After my discharge I'll be seeking a civilian position with the DOD or DOI. But I like school, and am leaning more towards returning for a masters in computer science and just taking a break from working. I've earned it.But either way I will be following a dream and taking a crack at competitve fishing, just not putting all my eggs in that basket!
As opposed to trying to talk myself up, I'll list my self-acknowledged bad qualities so you can determine if I'm compatible or not. I am introverted,shy at first but warm up quickly; I don't like crowds (unless its a concert, or sporting event). I am a bit misanthropic, but have a heart of gold.
Physical attraction is importatnt, I don't think there can be romance without it. If you don't have pictures, please do not bother. Also if you look like you could be cast on Jersey Shore, again, not my type. My ideal woman is strong and independent, she has common interests but has her own to share as well. Chivaly is still alive, and I hope she can appreciate that. She likes romantic nights out, but relaxing on the couch and being a bum as well.
