I love singing in the car, sharing crazy stories and relaxing at the beach while listening to Classic Rock, Old School RB or bagpipes. I'm a native Phoenician which is difficult to find in Arizona. Like most people here, I like to travel. I'd rather visit a place I've never seen before than own additional Coach purses or add shoes to an Imelda Marcos like closet. (Yes, that reference is showing my age.) Life is about amazing experiences not things. Words can't describe how I felt climbing the Great Wall of China or fishing at midnight on a Swedish lake with the sun still up. I am a complete romantic and I want nothing more than to share moments like these with an amazing guy.
I'd like to meet someone that makes me feel at ease. I like a guy who has a good mix of sensitivity, romance, a great sense of humor, and one who is safe but likes to be spontaneous every so often. I'm a Pisces so I favor the "go with the flow' type, but a guy does have to have drive when it comes to their career. I miss how easy dating was back when I was younger. I like men who value friends and family. I'm a friends and family type of a person and I hope the person I spend time with also enjoys spending time with their family and friends, as well. I would love to have someone I can bring home to meet the family. I firmly believe chemistry is important. I like a man with guts and who isn't afraid to say how he feels but does it with tact. Lame excuses and avoidance are a major turn-off.
I passionate about spectator sports and I like to talk a lot of trash. Most of my favorite teams are from the Bay Area, since I use to spend my summers there, as a child. I like the SF Giants and the SF 49ers. (Dodger and Cowboys fans, you can stop here. ;) ) I'm not into basketball, but I do like hockey and soccer. I love ASU athletic teams and I do support Sun Devil athletics. In the past two years, I've become a huge soccer fan. I enjoy watching Real Madrid, the Spanish National Team and of course...TEAM USA!
I love listening to live music and in my life, I have seen great artists. My iPod has every genre you can think of and my stack of concert stubs are the same. I've seen Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Snoop Dog, Jay-Z, Etta James, Harry Connick Jr., Depeche Mode, Prince, Metallica, Van Hagar and the list goes on.
Animals are my weakness, especially chihuahua puppies. I volunteer with my cousin at a horse donkey rescue during the cool months, and it gives me great joy helping those poor sweet animals.
