Sailing on a boat under a starry night with a bottle of wine is my ideal way of spending an evening. Cooking is a great way of relaxation for me. I love to laugh and entertain with friends. I work out with a trainer 4-5 times a week. It is like an addiction. I seem to complain while doing it but absolutely hate when I miss it (which is not very often). Even when I injured my achilles tendon, I did not let that stop me from going. I really have made it a regular routine as part of my daily life. It does wonders for the mind and body.
