Having to raise my 2 kids on my own also made me pretty strong and independant. they're now grown and pretty much doing their own things and learning to start their own lives, which now gives me time to find someone for myself. I do love the ocean (especially Kauai), however, the mountains say it all for me. I'm athletic and spend most of my time running, hiking, skating, and of course skiing every day possible in the winter (drug of choice: Squaw). I love watching my daughter compete in ski competitions. I enjoy running events and half marathons. I'm extremely loyal, spontaneous, crazy when the time is right, and love great food, good nutrition, and wine. Love animals, art, photography, and small towns (especially mountain ones). Not a city girl but once in a while it's great fun to visit but can't wait to get back to my small-town life. I welcome intelligent conversation. I'm independent, emotionally stable, and secure. However, I really dislike being the center of attention. I'm not into TV unless it's the news or a fun sports event. Short-track skating is my ultimate favorite TV sport to watch. I do enjoy playing cards and also poker. I like nice, but simple. Less is more.
