Date a soulmate from Alabama, United States. My friends convinced me to give this a shot, my luck I will end up kidnapped and bound in a white work van. But here it goes, me in a nutshell:
I am a catholic,which is a rare breed in Alabama.Some may call me crunchy but I don't mind,I am pretty liberal for these parts,but I don't bite, most of the time ;)
I march to the beat of my own drummer or so I have been told.I may be a little weird but I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not, as Kurt Cobain once said.I am comfortable in my own skin, and think diversity is a great thing.
I love music, my brother actually has a band,I love going to see him play.Sadly,the only singing I do is in the car or the shower, and I couldn't carry a tune with a gun to my head, but I can play a mean ipod and I give great impromptu car concerts! I also have a freakishly good memory for lyrics, so if I am ever on Jeopardy I am set!
I love to discuss politics,music religion, and ponder life's big questions.I guess I am not a good southern girl! I love politics and law so much I have a paralegal degree.
I have a fascination with anything British whether it be television, movies or pricey magazines.
I try to do as Jesus said and help the least of these, whether it be with a kind word or a helping hand.
I am a 8.5 year cancer survivor, and also have some other health issues, so I am a FIGHTER,I don't sweat the small stuff, I just like to have fun and live every day so it counts.Hey,it has given me some really badass scars ;)
I think everyday is a blessing! I am a little bit of a daredevil so I am usually up for about anything.Go big or go home, or possibly the hospital ;)
I have been called artsy fartsy more than once, and I choose to take that as a compliment.I love to travel, I am headed to Sweden and the UK this summer and I can't wait.
I am divorced and have an 7 yr old son.He is pretty awesome if I say so myself,but he is MY child ;)
I have three tattoos and a nose stud, and plan to get one or two more, why die a copy??
I am a newly thirty year old ( I know that's like 99 in girl years )I am trying to better myself on the inside as well as out,so I enjoy working out,I STILL got some work to do but I am a confident person, I know me, I may not be a size 2 but I have a kind heart and am quite hilarious if I say so myself ;)
