Date a soulmate from Leeds, United States. Wow, I'm not really sure what to say... I teach 2nd grade and I am also very involved in my church. Most Sunday's and Wednesday's I am in the nursery with the babies - 2 yr olds. I love working with children, and thanks to that passion I manage to stay very busy. I am currently working on my Ed.S in Teaching and Learning. My hope is to one day work with both Christian schools and homeschool families as an advocate, a go-to person, and basically to serve both of these communities. I was homeschooled from 2nd grade - 12th grade except 5th grade (I told my mom she gave me too much work... :-) ) and I teach in a small Christian school in Birmingham, AL.
I'm looking for someone who understands that success isn't measured in terms of money or job title, but instead of how you are serving others and obeying Christ. I could be the richest person (speaking monitarily), but still be miserable. However, I've seen many people who have nothing but the clothes on their backs who are joyful because they know who they are in Christ. He must desire to be the head of our family, but also understand that submissiveness works both ways and we must both be submissive to Christ and seek to put the other first instead of putting each other down.
