Retired-Moved here from paradise (Orange County, California…between LA & San Diego.) I volunteer, read, follow politics, go to the beach, fish, golf, tennis, kayak, travel (recently went to Israel, which was radically more interesting than my trips to Hong Kong, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Tokyo, Hawaii, Bahamas, Mexico all combined–looking forward to going there again.) Like: archaeology, psychology, anthropology, philosophy, sociology, religion apologetics, politics, talk radio (Laura Ingraham-Mark Levin), birds & flowers, most music especially Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Placido Domingo, Celine Dion [especially while holding hands...etc.] Dancing with the Stars-American Idol-Absolutely LOVE humor- History/Biography/Discovery Channels- CSPAN-Conan O’Brien-Craig Ferguson-Jimmy Kimmel-20/20-Dateline-60 Minutes-documentaries. But I would much prefer to hold your…uh…hand.
I was a single custodial parent of two beautiful daughters – awarded custody when they were 2 and 4-years old. They are the two most important people in my life and I “worship” them. One lives in Fairhope, AL, the other in Aspen, CO. You’ll REALLY like them!
Although I really do love music, most of the time when I am in the car I listen to Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Jerry Doyle and others. Although I do not always agree with them, I find them right more times than wrong…and they have a great sense of humor – especially Mark Levin and Laura (not to be confused with Dr. Laura.)
I am a member of Saddleback Church in CA…Pastor Rick Warren the author of “The Purpose Driven Life,” the best-selling hardback book in history. Tuesday and Thursday mornings I walked with Pastor Rick about 3 miles around beautiful Rancho Santa Margarita Lake at the base of Saddleback Mountain. Prepared PowerPoint presentations for his wife Kay for her worldwide ministry…and did a TON of volunteer work – and loved EVERY minute of it. I was the P.E.A.C.E. Plan representative for our SB home group, one of about 4,000 such groups at SB. I am spiritual and believe in being KIND and GENTLE. I have not yet decided which church I would like to attend on the Eastern Shore…although I could just as easily worship God strolling on the beach about 30 minutes away at the Gulf of Mexico on Sunday mornings.

I'm a divorced father with four beautiful kids (1 boy-3 girls). I have custody of my three oldest. My oldest daughter has just graduated from the University of South Alabama. My twenty-one year old is going to University of Alabama. The youngest girl is 16 and just a real beauty. The oldest boy works as a sound tech in the film industry.
I love most ALL types of music, playing guitar and singing, sailing, diving, running, dinning out, concerts and going to the movies......
Everyone in my family plays an instrument, sings, or both. I've been told that I have a very strange or unusual sense of humor...........people sometimes think that I'm a bit of a cutup, but I do have a serious side, if you take the time and get to know me.

My job takes up so much of my time and being a divorced parent takes up most of the rest. The only regular activities that I try to keep up with are my new computer repair business, with an active DJ & Karaoke sideline. I'm also in a local running club and I just finished coaching a marathon training team that finished up with a marathon run in October.
