I live in a small community west of Birmingham.... I enjoy riding motorcycles, ATV's anything outdoors, I enjoy going to college football games, baseball games, concerts, & listening to live bands. Also enjoy working in my yard (luv cutting my own grass)

I have 3 kids (daughter 22, two boys 12 & 11). My daughter lives out on her own & my boys live with me; however they do visit their dad every other weekend. I've been divorced for a year after a 18 year marriage. I'm ready to get back out there.
I'm not looking for someone to "replace" their father; however it is very important to me that the person I meet would be a good mentor to my boys. I will not introduce you to my kids unless we have talked about it first & we see how things are going. Like me they also enjoy anything out doors, like hunting fishing, sports, building things with wood, etc (most boy things lol) I hate it when people think of kids as "baggage"...that they are NOT, but a gift from God!!
I think it's good to start by getting to know each other in a friendly way & then see where it goes....One thing for sure, it's always nice to make a good friend.
