Date a soulmate from Alabama, United States. I am 47 years old, been divorced since 2005, and have finally figured out what I want. I want someone to love and I want to be loved. Kinda sad that after being married for 15 years, I'm not sure I have experienced either. I have 3 children (all with the same father, LOL, these days can't be so sure). My oldest daughter is 15, my son is 13 and my youngest daughter is 7. Yep! I had a child just before my 40th birthday! Not ideal, but the way God wanted life to be for me. I am, for the most part, financially independent. I have a house on the lake, but no mortgage and not a lot of other debt, so I'm not looking for someone to take care of me and my kids. Their father is financially responsible for the kids, but doesn't do much else. Thus, we do not have an "every other weekend" arrangement. He gets them when it's convenient for him (can be every 2 or 3 months, whatever...). I am a Christian and believe that Jesus is the Son of God and am doing my best to bring my children up in a faithful home. I have a job that I absolutely love. I stay pretty busy working full time and being a single mom to some pretty amazing kids. But they are getting older and it's easier to find some time for myself than it used to be. I don't have a lot of time to spend on hobbies. But, am always up for something and can usually find a way to have fun, regardless of what I'm doing. I am looking for someone who is physically and emotionally compatible. I have a good sense of humor and am reasonably intelligent. Yes, I have baggage (if you want to call kids baggage), but I'm worth it. I'm not insane or emotionally unstable. I'm not high maintenance. I'm not mean or demanding. But, I do need someone who can talk to me. Someone who wants to love wholeheartedly and be loved wholeheartedly in return. Someone who wants to give of themselves and will allow me to give to them.
