Date men from United States / Colorado, 38 year old - page 21

Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. Living a blessed life. I have lived on the east coast, west coast and now here in CO. Travel is a part of my life as my job requires it but sometimes it's cool to chill and enjoy the scenery in CO. Enjoy the outdoors (in the summer) and meeting new people. Have a real love affair with music but always willing to make room in my life for a good woman with her head on straight. Not looking for anything particulair (ala height/weight/ethnicity) just looking for a good person to enjoy the fun things that life has to offer.
Don't believe in pushing my views on others but that doesn't mean I don't have them. If you ask, I will be honest and forthcoming with my thoughts on a variety of topics. Chat soon :)

Meet a man from Colorado, United States. Not really good at describing myself, I'm a bit humble. I am grateful for my friends and family. Like to get out and go on adventures. Looking for someone to listen and understand me and definately not try to change me.

Date single man from Colorado, United States. To describe myself in short- I'm very easy going, and love to laugh and have fun. My life is drama free, and really fun right now. I love to talk, and good conversation is a must. I think I'm an old soul cause everyone asks me for advise. I think that means I have good common sense.
I love music. I like to write music in my spare time, and I'm DJ on the weekends (I'm good at it but its just for fun). I have a really demanding job on top so that's why I'm on Match. I just don't have the time to devote to dating like I should.
I'd like a woman that is just plain fun to be around! Gotta be in shape, and like to joke. Liking sports is a plus!!!

Meet a man from United States. I enjoy doing diverse activities - most outdoors things, checking out new restaurants, taking road trips, and finding new places in town. I am pretty open minded about most things. I think it's important to have a sense of humor and not take one's self too seriously.... some sarcasm is always a good thing too. It's hard to sum up music, movies, books.. I do enjoy "It's always sunny in Phila" when I have time.
I would like to find someone who's adventurous, open to trying to new things and easily laughs at one's self.

Date single man from United States. Who am I....I'm a lot of things. I'm laid back, athletic, easy going, passionate, a traveler, a music lover, an open minded person, and many more things. I'm not a Colorado native, but I am liking it here. I love to explore and learn about many things, whether it's myself or the people around me. I love all kinds of music, well except country, and enjoy going out dancing from time to time, but without a doubt, I like to be physically active..mainly playing tennis.
I'm a network engineer by day, and from time to time I DJ. I'm considering a career change to nursing, therefore I've been fulfilling my prerequisites the last year and a half. School is quite different this time around, but I'm loving the challenge, and the learning experience. I love to travel, and slowing getting back into it, I took a trip to Iceland last summer, hopefully Paris this summer. I like to challenge myself every year, last summer I did my first triathlon, now...hmm, possibly Tough Mudder or Warrior's Dash.
What am I looking for...well someone that I can talk to very easily, someone who's athletic, bonus points if you play tennis....but any kind of activity is great! Someone who's happy in her life, and knows what she wants. Also someone who doesn't mind talking on the phone from time to time, these days everyone wants to text, argghh...I'm doing my best to adjust to that, really I am....but wouldn't you rather hear my sexy deep voice than to make sense of something I text, which might have been auto corrected, so now it totally doesn't make any sense? :-)
I'm looking for a long term relationship, I guess I wouldn't be here if I wasn't.

Meet someone special from United States. I have been living in Denver for the last 12 years and I am enjoying it every day.
About me ... I am a driven individual with a positive attitude all the time, very honest, close to my family and very lucky to have an amazing group of friends, I enjoy meeting new people and I always look for the good and positive in them. My friends would tell you that I am loyal, trustworthy, respectful, considerate, affectionate, funny and caring .. my female friends would also tell you that I am a gentleman and romantic .. so I guess my dad taught me well.
About my job .. I work for a software company and I am thankful to have an amazing job that has given me the opportunity to travel and meet people all over the world, quite demanding but it is worth it !!!!
For fun .. I love sports and I am also up for anything and for trying new things, movies, staying at home cooking or opening a bootle of wine and have a nice conversation, going out for a beer with friends, trying a new restaurant, working out, playing soccer, skiing, hiking or travel within the country or around the world.
So if you are confident, easygoing, balance work and life, like to travel, love sports and values family and friends I would love to meet you.

. I have an eclectic background that includes a wide variety of popular & classical music genres, opposing cultures, and the most bizarre experiences you might imagine. I am most certainly not a 1 trick pony, am a firm believer in calling things as I see them, and give myself fully to the things I believe in. In a potential partner I value honesty, compassion and openness above all else. I understand that openness can take time to be fully realized, but from the beginning, honesty and compassion are crucial in my book.
I'm a huge baseball fan and love to play, though I've resigned myself to softball for this year to let my shoulder heal. I go to about 20 games per year at Coors Field and would go more if time permitted. When it comes to being social, I spend so much time by myself when I'm working that I really do prefer social settings when I'm not at work...or, given the right company, a nice chill night sitting by the lake with a glass of wine. Beyond a handful of personal interests, baseball being the biggest, the thing about me is that I find many things to be entertaining and am more concerned with the company I keep than the particular activity we may be doing.
The woman that captivates me is as comfortable in a dive bar as she is at the symphony. (That is huge because both of those can be present in my work...sometimes on back to back nights.) She isn't afraid to work at our relationship, has a genuine passion for something in life (even if it's not her job), and appreciates a bit of chivalry from her man. She embraces her womanhood, can be all business when necessary, but is just a kid at heart with a goofy/quirky side that comes out when we're alone. Finally, she may have off days where a little extra attention from me will go a long way, but she is firmly secure in who she is and understands that I'm with her because I want and choose to be.

. Being a single father my son brings joy to my life, I am being a good role model to him. If my friends were to describe me I think they would say I'm very out going and a big wise guy. I love to cook

. Remember when you first joined Match.com? I think I fell in love with the first 3 profiles I read...."loves the outdoors, enjoys a glass of wine, a wide variety of music, movies, and...stop my beating heart...she loves animals, honesty, and doesn't mind that I have kids!! OMG we are soul mates!
So lets go about this a little differently. Let me tell you what I think women like about me, and what they don't. How's that?
First of all I'm romantic. I told my son that romance is about attention and creativity. Any man can buy a dozen roses, or pack a picnic lunch in the park. What a woman really wants is a man who consistently notices her...her tender beauty, her intelligence, her clever wit. It's really just about paying attention to how wonderful a girl is and telling her often! And I love it! (do you think I gave him good advice?)
I'm very spontaneous. I love to pick you up in my Jeep in the morning, pack up some food and head to the mountains to see what we can find. Maybe we end up at a hot springs, or 4-wheeling down a dirt road, or talking with some quirky old locals in a hole-in-the-wall bar somewhere.
I'm interesting to talk to. I've owned many different businesses, had many successes and failures. I'm well educated and concerned about what's happening in the world. I often date women older than me because they are often more intellectually mature and diverse. I am passionate about topics like awareness, compassion, a quiet mind, and living in the present. I'll give you an example. A few years ago I took my stereo out of my car. I was curious to find out if I could use my lengthy commute time more wisely, with an emphasis on paying closer attention to my thoughts and the beauty all around me. I still haven't put it back in and I typically drive 4 hrs a day.
Ok, here's the stuff women don't like. Do we have to go there? Can't we just fantasize and pretend I'm perfect for a little while? First of all, I cannot multitask. Can't. This causes more problems in a relationship than you might realize. For example, if I'm on the phone with someone and you say something to me, I can only hear what one of you is saying. I don't know why. I know it's ridiculous. It's just the way it is. This can be a problem if I have a lot on my mind and you are trying to talk to me about some random thing. (hey, did you want honesty or not?) Just like on the phone, I can only hear one thing at a time...my thoughts or you. Sorry. I really do care what you have to say, but if I'm stressed about something in my life...your words may go in one ear and out the other. Still reading?? You're very brave I'll give you that.
I can be reclusive. I live outside of town in the mountains for a reason. I work with people all day and I need time to be home by myself. I like me, I like my home, and I like to be by myself regularly.
Ok that's all you get. Other than that I'm perfect. That's all you need to know. Ok ok....I also have a bad memory, I hate pumpkin pie (even your mom's), I'm not a very good dancer but you have to tell me that I am. Oh, and one last thing...a good thing. Women love my long hair and how I kiss!

. I want to find my right one, the one that gets me as i get her. i'm pretty sure shes not comming out the bars, so here we be. not sure what I'm looking for, pretty open so ya, See what happens :) lol, can't be any worse than what has been.
