I love my dogs, I have a job that pays way more than it should, and I'm about to return to college to pursue some dreams. I traveled the pacific, but I was in the Navy at the time so I don't know if it counts. I served as a Nuclear Reactor Operator on a fast attack submarine, which actually should back up some of my checklist of traits I suppose and gave me tons of stories to share.
I'm looking for someone caring and honest. I want someone who will be active with me, but still loves to cuddle together and watch a movie or a sunset. I don't mind if you already have children, but I will want to have a kid of my own some day so my partner will need to want that with me someday as well. And she has to enjoy recieving affection.

In all seriousness, what can I tell you here in a few lines that will remotely give you an idea of who I am. I could write something about a sense of humor and intelligence etc, but that just seems a bit self promoting. =P I could talk about my career, house and other material things, but that is kind of like going to a bar and flashing keys to a nice car to get a girl. Nope, not a whole lot in reality that I can say in a few lines that will even remotely describe who I am, so I encourage you to email me and ask me questions and I am always honest and up front in my answers.

. My name is Nate, and I'm looking for the right woman. I guess I wouldn't be here if I wasn't, right? So you might be wondering what I consider the "right woman" to be. Well, I'd say I'm not terribly demanding. I'd like her to be attractive, fairly fit, and intelligent. It would probably help, too, if she laughed at my jokes.
As for me, I'm a high school social studies teacher. I haven't broken a mirror or a camera yet, so I must be halfway decent looking. I enjoy long walks in the mountains (read hiking), paintball, swimming, road trips, travel, and reading.
My real passion is history. It constitutes most of what I read, and I've spent a lot of time studying. I've earned a masters in history, and plan on applying for PhD programs. Yes, I'm kind of a nerd. But that's not such a bad thing, is it? All of this translates into my job. I love teaching history, and I enjoy the heck out of being a high school teacher. I'm also a football coach and student council sponsor, which really add to the experience.
