Date men and women from United States / Colorado / Golden, 40 year old

Date men and women from Golden, United States. I never know what to put in these, so I asked a good friend, and this is what she said
"Having Tim for a friend is like having a best friend, adventure partner,
intellectual challenger, and charmer rolled in to one.
Most and foremost, Tim is an amazing friend. His priority in life is
his close friends and family, and if a person is worthy enough to make
it in to that circle, they have someone they can always rely on, someone
who does right, and someone who looks out for other people's interests.
Despite his loyalty to others, sense of adventure, and intellectual capacity,
Tim is actually very easy-going, funny and unassuming.
He really is like a big teddy bear, which works in charming ways for him.
Women are drawn to his dimples and gentle brown eyes, and I'm sure they
are even more wowed when they find that he always opens doors for them,
is a good tipper, laughs easily, and gives thoughtful, personal gifts.
Intimacy is important to Tim, and I think he approaches the woman's body
as something to be explored and enjoyed. Actually, I guess that's how I
would describe how Tim approaches life in general, something to be explored
and enjoyed. If you're lucky enough to become close with him, you will enjoy
times filled with stimulation and laughter, adventure and enduring frienship."
What am I looking for? You can probably ignore 95% of what guys say for this one.. we're basic creatures and all looking for the same thing.
if you know the 3 Fs to keep every man happy, then we have potential....
If you are good hearted, go hiking/camping more than once a year, know which way is up on a game controller, wear thongs like they're going out of style, and are a strong independent woman, I'll add you to all my charge accounts right now.
if you drive a jeep, can honestly say you've been skinny dipping, and can beat me in a fighting game of your choice, I only have one question for you... whats your ring size?

Meet a soulmate from Golden, United States. Whether it's climbing a pyramid in Honduras, relaxing at a bluegrass festival, snorkeling in Indonesia, or just watching a movie; life is here to be enjoyed. If you would rather laugh than complain, read on.
It was probably working for the Peace Corps that developed my thirst for world travel. Since then, I've been to 6 continents and studied 8 languages. Yes, Antarctica is the last continent to visit. Going there is one of the three items left on my bucket list. But travel is still a mysterious lure that calls me to new places. Nepal, Burma, Panama, and Italy are some of the next countries I'm considering; but I'm open to other opportunities.
All things in moderation is my belief. At one time career ambitions held more weight, but now I've found balance. It's nice to have money to spend, but it's useless if you don't have fun with it. Fun means diversity. Wearing a suit to the symphony one night and a tie dye to a hippie show the next night is no problem. I love the outdoors (skiing, hiking, biking), but being lazy is not taboo. I like to think like the bumper sticker, "my karma ran over my dogma." I strive for calm and peace over drama and hyperactivity.
Everyone tells me I look too young, but I've had my midlife crisis already. I'm happy, healthy, financially secure, and relaxed. Relationships are based on mutual respect and equality. I've "found myself" and expect you to be at the same stage in life. The whole children and suburbs thing isn't for me. My future revolves around city culture, mountain exercise, adventure travel, music, and good food with a partner.

So I have recently filed for divorce
waiting for courthouse to stamp it
bit of life irony actually
helped out a good friend years ago (were a couple at the time)
she needed to have surgery for a kidney transplant from her brother
so I signed some paperwork to get her on my ins...no brainer really.
turns out
it was a a form of common law marriage to do that...
DOH!
I wasn't exactly cognizant of it, mixed with a little bit of head in the sand maybe..
but, no regrets she is healthy and happy living in Iowa.
We are still good friends
Having to get an actual divorce was not high on my list of things I wanted for myself...
but since common law is a legal form of marriage the divorce is necessary.
I will say having that title (divorcee) is strange...
as there was never any of the traditional things associated with a marriage/union.
-ring
-ceremony
-vows
-etc
kk
im done.
cheers

Date someone special from Golden, United States. My name is Chad. I am an only child from a small northern Minnesota town. In addition to learning the true meaning of the word "cold", it was in MN that I earned degrees in philosophy and exercise physiology. Thereafter, I earned a graduate degree in digital art and animation in Minneapolis; after which I landed my present job in Denver with impossible.tv. Currently, I'm a full-time animation director where I design and execute visual effects and animation for television commercials. My car is paid for and I own property in Genesee where I live alone with no pets. I have no children and I have never been married.
Though I don't consider myself handsome, I think it fair to say I am more athletic than most. Fitness has been a priority in my life for over 25 years with no end in sight. Be it resistance training, yoga or circus arts, fitness is one of my central habits. I'm in the gym 3x per week and practice yoga or aerials on most other days. I do not smoke, drink rarely, and love a good jacuzzi. But despite my spartan ways, I have little shame or restraint when it comes to any indulgences on movie night.
I am definitely on the intellectual side. Thankfully, though, I maintain a strict regimen of humor to counter this sometimes paralyzing condition. Despite being a demanding skeptic and expressive by nature, I do not impose my views upon others and retain the wisdom to listen; knowing we are all ignorant on some level. I'm a free-thinking, politically independent with libertarian tendencies who respects the golden rule. Treat others as you wish to be treated and expect of them only what you first demand of yourself. What we believe matters less than what we do.
I prefer women who value fitness, humanity and humor. Tired of divas who mistake vanity for confidence and rudeness for assertiveness. If you can genuinely wield wit and irony, your stock will definitely rise. If you develop and maintain your body and it's health, I guarantee the same. If you can be as equally patient and kind as you are assertive and independent, then you are rare indeed. I admire ladies who follow-through on what they say or suggest and I detest coyness, flakiness, and phony affection. Seen too much of that too. If you reward bad behavior in men, I have little to offer you.
In no particular order. I love all kinds of music...if it sounds good, it is good; my home theater is legendary; I follow current events and at times have participated in protests; George Carlin, Bill Maher, Dennis Miller & Eddie Izzard are my comedic heroes; I love the soreness from a good workout; I'm a movie junkie; I have strong hands and love giving massages; I enjoy living in the mountains and late night walks; my telescope is matched only by NASA; I don't have any real musical DNA can sit in on most blues jams; I'm orderly, clean and shower daily; I am close to my parents; I am told I have an amazing shelf; I work on my own car and have been a weekend warrior at times; I am human, flawed and not without insecurities; and I nearly worship Cirque du Soleil. Speaking of religion...
Joseph Campbell and Carl Sagan would be my ministers of choice. God is a metaphor for that which informs physics.

Meet people from Golden, United States. The hardest part about doing this is writing about yourself cuz that is just weird and I do not want to write the same dumb stuff as everyone else.
So everything after this point substitute the total opposite…! :)
I am a short kinda out of shape bald guy with nothing going for me... I actually sucks to be me...:( I don't have a good job and my boss sucks. I hate showing up to work because the make me work all day and don't even let me take bathroom brakes... :( I hate traveling and REALLY don't like sitting on the beach. Sand in my toes sucks...I don't like doing out door stuff ever. Looking from the top of a mountain sucks. I can barely hold a conversation.... It REALLY sucks to be me... OMG! When I go out I don't have any fun at all and sit in the corner and don't talk to anyone because I hate people. People really suck. I am the type of guy that will never open the door for a girl because only pansy would do that. I do not like kids because they are just little ankle biters. I hate to cook and when I am forced to dogs won't even eat it...! When people look at me they cringe because I am so hideous. I do love to text because it is so personal and you can really get to know someone that way.
If I were driving down the road and saw a car broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire I would never stop to help them..! That is just the type of guy that I am...
If any of this interests you please DO NOT send me a wink...
Opposite day is over... That was a lot more fun to write, I do have to say.. :) By the way I am not a negative nancy at all...!
My match would be pleasant to look at and with a lot of sas and wit... She must be able to make fun of herself as well because that shows real character...
NOTE : Life is too short to spend time with someone you do not connect with….

Date men and women from Colorado, United States. I want someone to engage my mind, be forthright and honest, and willing to discuss the deep thoughts on their mind. Meet a soulmate from Colorado, United States. me and my ideal match.. its hard to say. some beleave in love at first sight.. soul mates..opasites attract.. maybe just reach out to give a helping hand..and the rest is history..im guessing we will know when it happons...

Date a man from Colorado, United States. I am a adventurous, goal orientated person that loves pushing myself to the next level. I love exploring new activities and seeing what else is out there. From competing in endurance mountain bike races to learning a new skill at work, personal growth is a must for me.
I would like someone that is excited about their life and that is always interested to see what is over the next mountain and in the next valley. I love to explore new areas with someone that I can share the excitement with, whether that be in my backyard or across the globe. Enthusiasm about one's life is a very attractive quality.
I believe in the quote by John Muir "I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in." and find that my time in beautiful outdoors is very refreshing both physically and spiritually.
I would love find someone that has the same wonder and amazement when looking at a waterfall, sunset or life in general.
I find that I can be comfortable in almost any situation, wine tasting to BBQ or from the boardroom to the campsite.
