Date a soulmate from United States. I was born in Ohio and moved to a few states over a couple years before settling to my new home here. I have worked a large array of jobs and have had my fair share of both awesome and scary moments. I am a man of many hobbies and likes which makes my life pretty easy sometimes as well as hard because its hard to do everything I want. I have a ginormous family and large group of friends who are more like family because we have all been friends for 10-15 years. Finding people outside of the group can be kind of hard and tricky so I thought I would try something different.
I enjoy the outdoors both at day and night. During my free time I like to garden/landscape, hike, fish, patio drink, go on brewery tours with friends, cookout, and just shoot the ship with friends. I love beer and trying new beers wherever I go. I prefer low key bars and backyards/patios to the bigger bars downtown. I also like to work with my hands. I am always thinking of something I can customize or build. I no longer pay for this but I do have an account with google. I go by Obvien on there and check my mail there.

That's likely explained by my upbringing just north of the Washington, DC area.

I try to be friendly and put everyone at ease whenever I can. I'm someone who is really lucky in life. I will always be grateful for having a big family. I just graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a bachelor's of science in Electrical Engineering. There were some rough times while I was attending this school, but I think it has prepared me well for the challenges of the workplace. I have begun making a point of going to church on Sundays and I have seen a huge increase in the quality of my life in a very short time! I finally decided that it was time to surrender to God's will, and how best to listen to His guidance than spending time every week in His house.

Meet a guy from United States. I've been described as equal parts relentless optimist and misanthrope extraordinaire. I don't know what that means, but I choose to take it as a compliment. I try not to take anything too seriously. I am usually quick with a joke but am awkward around new people. (New people like strangers, not, like, babies. You got that, right? Ok good.) Sometimes I seem to forget were my home is; the place I work at or the place were I sleep. But I'm working to balance my life a little better. I absolutely like the smell of good food as much as like the sound of a sunny day in the forest hiking. Whether in my professional life or during sports, the feeling of reaching personal goals is great. I wouldn't want to miss it. Just like my family. Sharing my life with them is very important to me. Although they live so far away...
I absolutely love animals and I am not talking about the cooked or deep fried version of it. I pretty much get along with all kinds of pets. dogs, cats, birds... No problem!
I would consider myself to be a quite healthy person. I swim twice a week before work, exercise on the other days and like to cook and eat fresh food. I would appreciate, if you would have a similar attitude or at least respect my quite active lifestyle. In the winter I like to ski quite a bit...In the summer I spend my time with hikes, biking or running.
Overall, I like to laugh and always try to have a positive approach towards things. I am very open minded and like to try new stuff. Probably one reason why I came to the US. I tend to have a hard shell, but once I get to know you I have no problems showing some feelings from time to time.
