One of my passions is body building. Im not a meat head though. Its something that I do for so many reasons. I guess the biggest reason is because its a way to make myself better than before. I can go to the gym and focus my attention on one thing at a time. Everything else in my mind disappears and Im left with a deep, disciplined thought of what Im doing and why im doing it. Its a different level of focus that I strive for.
