I have spent about 10 years working for the Army, following them to some "interesting" places in Europe and the Middle East. These past 2 years are the most time that I've spent in the US since 1999. It has been a challenge. I've lived in Hungary, Romania, Kuwait, Iraq and Thailand. I'm well traveled. I've been fortunate enough to have visited 15 countries in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia. I enjoy almost any kind of music, all genre from all over the world. I can enjoy the music without understanding the words, it's all in the tone, the melody and how they make me feel. i've learned a few languages, fairly fluent in a few and at least the pleasantries of the others. I believe that it's a matter of respect to be able to at least say hello and thank you, everywhere I've been. I've made a lot of friends in the many places I've been and remain in contact with many of them.
I I love my 2 precious daughters, grandsons and my family. I travel to Georgia and Indiana as often as possible. I'm soft spoken, soft hearted and slow to anger. I enjoy the personalities of the kids, it's so fun sometimes to see the world through their eyes. They have such unique ideas and views of the various things that they see and experience.
I love the outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping and taking trips up to the mountains. I enjoy taking trips up to the mountains to visit some of the mining towns and resorts, I like to find a special spot to enjoy a nice dinner, whether it be in a nice restaurant or a quiet meadow. I like to take my newphew and father out fishing, I'm always looking for that "sweet spot". I've tried golfing and would love to learn how to actually be competitive. My "pro" sister keeps telling me to stop swinging the club like a bat. lol I like to ride bikes. I also like motorcycles. I sold the ones that I had in Thailand and am hoping to have one here again soon. Packing a small kit and taking a weekend ride, to anywhere I end up, has been so much fun; I can't wait to do it here again.
