I love to cook and from growing up in Alaska, I'm not at all a fussy eater. I try to eat more fruits and vegetables, and love to cook an intimate dinner for two, or my signature dish...Cioppino, for friends and special occasions. I love seafood of all kinds and will only buy and cook wild caught salmon.
