Love is a two way street with ethics, ecstacy,and happiness. I'm attracted to intellectual,athletic, humorous, sincere,leader-type professional people. But then, who can explain love........that's the fun of it. My dreams say the right person will be my "friend, romantic hero and co-advisor" as well as my "attractive partner". Is that the knight on the "white charger"? Sports? Yes....racquetball, golf, tennis, swiming, sailing, skiing....or dancing. I have done scuba diving in the past but not doing it now. Was a horsewoman and love the beauty of a racing horse. Make me laugh and we'll tie up our hearts. Be suave and I'll work on charming you. I've traveled quite a bit and want to do more. Warm climates are really my favorite unless I'm skiing. Enjoy Europe (especially France) and the Caribbean. I want to visit Africa. I treasure my alone time but love the time to spend with a special person. Romance is wonderful as is learning to fly (which is on my "todo" list). Other interests include music (classical, jazz, some opera, new-age,and other,depending on the mood), writing, reading (Shakespeare, Grisham and a variety of writers), theater, the ballet, dining, good conversation, parties as well as quiet times together. Each relationship is special. We develop new interests and enhance our current interests when we meet a new love or friend. There is really nothing as wonderful as that secret intimacy and sharing we have with romantic love. I believe that a long term relationship is best with similar backgrounds and ethics....but, again, who can explain love. As for business, I do commercial Real Estate (mostly investments). This gives me more flexibility in my life. After graduating from UCLA I taught near college before moving to northern California. 1/2012 - Recently, I lost my best friend, my mother, at the age of 95. We lost my dad 20 years ago from colon cancer before they made such great strides in medicine. Sooooo with the loss of my mom, I have discovered Chihuahuas. After having a great-dane/black lab combination and a miniature American Eskimo over the years, these are quite different both in size and in personality. I was introduced to Hershey, a chihuahua of my son's friend shortly after my mother passed away and fell for the little guy. With Hershey as a guild, I then got Coco, Sam and Sadie. All fit in my arms and are quite their own people. They really are very little trouble and love to travel when I go back and forth to La Jolla, my second home. This is why I drive and I love the trip. I have also found wonderful babysitters who love them when I am gone which isn't often currently.
